Incredible experience...Jay Leno is surrounded by all that affluence, and he looks like he just finished mowing a lawn...And that's why we love him.
This is awesome - I have a CL55K that Robert Feiler built. So cool to see him with Jay Leno. I love how serious Feiler is - trust me his engines are serious - but it puts a smile on my face!

I tell ya that was one of the funniest things I have ever seen Jay do when he put his own name plate up their with the rest of the real workers name plates. That's was hilarious!!

You sell yourself short, Jay. Anybody would be thrilled to have a car with an engine you helped build. That SLS you worked on probably doubled in value. You are one of the most trusted names in autos.

Benz is the most respected car in the world . Every other car company has their ups and downs or has had issues with their models and so on , not these guys , and yes nothing will last as long as a MB driven daily, as the saying goes - first you buy a Benz then everything else - will be a bit hard to compare them with the king .

maybe this is the mgr in me but outside of their pay and values the respect for the workers is one of the reasons those cars are so great - imagine if your company had a posting commemorating everyone who worked there - it gives pride to the job -
From inside, and out of this superior engineering details, certainly makes this sleek look machine one of a kind. And above all, was interesting to listen of what Jay had to say about his experience driving it.
Robert looks are the reason for Jay's success - opposite of arrogance and entitlement. For him it's all enthusiasm, personal touch. For Christ's sake, give us a smile Robert!

I definitely agree on things like ground clearance, how well suited a car is to normal roads is a big deal to me. I want something I can drive without fear of ripping off expensive bumper parts or covers on the bottom of the car, or even worse, potentially damaging something as it scrapes.

Refinement and number of valves. Take my Northstar. It is a super refined, high revving engine with 32 valves. Pair that to the duel flowmasters I have on it, it produces a sound very similar to this car. Its the refinement and number of valves.
