    I researched tv's for several months before deciding on the X95L. Purchased it in November of 2023. I am still amazed at the picture on this thing. I paid $4298 on Amazon. It's now $4498, but if you can afford it, you will not regret the purchase.

    Im strongly considering this TV. Good video. This is the first time that Ive heard on a high end Sony like this that the motion is just OK. What TV or TVs in the mini led category do you think have better motion?

      A95L 55' Is tempting but $2799 before tax Isn't cheap for that size , add extra $300 tax , then another $300 - $500
      for 2 - 5 year warranty.. so like $3400+ just for the smallest size , but It will be the best tv this year hands down.
      I couldn't even fathom paying the 77' price like most people want , and Samsung's S90C 77' could be dirt cheap under $2400 come Black Friday which could be an unbeatable deal over A95L.

      @@fawkkyutuu8851 It's the OS's man. That's the only thing that keeps me away from Samsung's and LG's. I can't stand their own OS software. Ughhh, why can't they just part with google and android already.

    Going to get either the 83" A80L or the 85" X95L. Have 77" C2 in study and like it fine, just think I want more brightness. Don't want to downsize in living room to a 77" A95L. Any opinions???

    • @TechSteve
      @TechSteve  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I’m more of a mini led person, OLED is great and all but for me Too dark. I used the c2 for awhile in my bedroom and when tested out a mini led in its place I almost forgot how bright a TV could be. If I was to get a OLED it would have to be a QD OLED or MLA panel

      @@TechSteve It is exactly that - but Oled worshipers will never admit that they actually have a dark sparkle at home. They act far too arrogant towards LCD TV owners because they think Oled is the holy grail of TV.
      But it's exactly the other way around - It's the Oled technology that is still struggling with some flaws!

    Just some constructive criticism: when you talk about the blooming you should compare it to other mini led's instead of oled, obviously oled doesn't bloom. It's hard to gauge how much blooming your talking about. Compare it to the top tier Samsung for instance.

    Hi, thanks for sharing just confused does the Sony TV have a built-in Testone generator to calibrate itself? obviously once you buy the camera and software or do you need a test tone generator which is about $1700 I know LG TVs in fact have a built-in tone generator.
