Youre probably confusing Celeron from LGA 775 and Celeron D from LGA 478. Celeron 775 were pretty good on its time, Celeron D 478 was never good enough, not even in it first day lmao.

You could also try the oldschool way we did on locked motherboards, look up how to BSEL mod it to 1066 and see if it'll run stable at 2.66ghz without needing vmodded. 1333 would probably need more voltage to run stable and I'm not sure how good the VRM really is on that board either.
