Why were you flashing the 102ron map? I noticed you had octane set to AKL (usa) not RON (eu, uk etc) but at the end with multimap you flashed 95ron which is ok.. just something to beware of, dont want you killing your engine
@ethantyrerf22 the 99 octane fuel you use is 99ron, so on the main flashing screen just ensure Ron is selected, the maps are the same, but 95 akl = 102 Ron, 93 akl = 98ron, 91 akl = 95ron, that is how it converts.
On stage 2 + mate i think each line is equivalent to 40bhp so it would be 360 / 400 / 440 / 480. and i think based on the pull it was sitting at 430/440. 11:17
@@gableclerc9350 I did do the math correctly lol. Stage 2+ isn’t 415bhp mate. If it was 30bhp per section it would go from 360 to 390 then 430 then 460 which doesn’t add up on the dials.
@@Ethan-lq5wz man you really did not pass your math class this is hilarious🤣🤣🤣🤣 360+30=390 390+30=420 420+30=450 450+30=480 whitch fit whit the screen. Now say sorry i was wrong 🤣
I feel like I would have liked to see a tach rather than the hp, or a dragy reading, just to "feel" the difference a little more. Other than that, great stuff and keep it up!

Here in the uk we don’t get ron we only have octane, and the highest we can get here is 99 octane so I presumed mhd’s 95 option would be ok?
@ethantyrerf22 octane is measured in Ron in most countries, Google Ron vs akl or on chatgpt etc and you will see what I mean
@ Wil do it now, thank youu

@@17t135i understood, so i’ll select AKL on the main mapping screen and then as I use 99 Octane fuel in the car I select What Ron Unit? Thanks

if you do the math correctly its 30hp per section. it went juste below the 2nd line so about 415hp
Will get her on a dyno at some point see if these answers will be accurate, will be interesting to see

Will consider this for a future video, thanks for watching
What’s the 0-60 for each map ?
need to do this 👍🏻
i’ve found a 2016 m235xi with roughly 80k miles, what are the main things i should look out for?
Just make sure it’s had the charge pipe changed, and it has very good service history with lots of oil changes
If you count the segments on the HP sport displays, its clearly in increments of 30 😂😂
I have now worked that out 😅
@@ethantyrerf22 ahahaha, ill admit i had to count them myself to figure it out lol
