Bro your work is kinda different as you have to work on multiple apps with multiple tabs opened simultaneously at a time for longer duration of time which overclocks the cpu and occupies almost full ram that is why your laptop is getting heated too much. You are also charging while doing these things which will cause more heating of the laptop. Also please note that the laptop is made up of metal so you will feel that the laptop is getting very heat but in case of plastic build laptops you will not notice as plastic is not a good conductor of heat. If we talk about the battery life then as you know your type of work so you will obviously not get the backup as promised by the brand because they perform the test in specific environments and with specific settings turned on like keeping the brightness lowest, settings performance mode to lowest etc. So the thing is that this laptop is not made for you and your work because these are professional laptops but made only for basic or intermediate level of task like opening 3-4 application at a time or using 4-5 tabs simultaneously or some casual gaming. You have to increase your budget a bit around 1 lakh if you want to work smoothly without any issue. You can go for Asus Zenbook series or Gaming laptop with good GPU and high tgp.
i also have acer swift go 14 2024 model SFG14-73-53CA it only heats during charge and its quite normal for swift go 14

usne thermal paste change kiya hai wo bhi local wala isliye temp 100 touch kr rhe hai. company jo thermal paste laga ke dete hai wo ye local thermal paste se bahut achha rhta hai bhalae wo sukh jaye pr ye local wale se to achha hi rhta hai.
ab yadi wo motherboard change kare to aap khud se 1 thermal paste kharid lo 400-500rs ka usko achhe se spread kr ke lagana (mx4,Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme ye dono main ne use kiye hai dono achhe se mx5 bhi thik hi hai)
aur wo charging me lagane pr jo heat ho rha hai charging ic/inductor heat ho rhi hai acer ne uspe paise bachaye hai isliye kyu ki jb high amp usme se jate hai to wo heat hota hai. company chahe to jyada amp ke components use kr skti thi pr wahi baat paise bachane hai for example 10amp ke componet se pure 10amp lejao to over heat to hoga hi, mere pas avita pura r5 3500u tha usme bhi same issue tha pr plastic body ki wajah se pata ni chalta tha jyada , aur charing ic itni heat hoti thi ki touch bhi ni krte, pr wo kabhi kharab ni huaa kyu ki 1.5years main ne usko hamesha 100% ac adaper ke sath use kiya tha. abhi usko 3-4 saal ho gaye abhi bhi chal rha hai.
thermal paste ye jo use kiya hai wo 50-100rs ka 20-40g aata hai aur achhe wale thermal paste 500rs ke 3-5g aate hai.
1 kam kr skte ho charing ic ya phir inductor ke pas check karo kaha heat ho rha hai aur waha thermal pad rkho mota wala wo back body ko touch hona chahiye pr uski heat transerfer ho jayegi back panel pe to utna heat ni hoga aur kharab ni hoga jldi
