@@JoycesReview Cool video and it was cool to see how Thieaudio makes their IEMs. I do like your channel so don't get me wrong, but now the "Joyce works for Linsoul" posts are going to be neverending 😐
This is such a cool tour. I've always been curious what goes behind the making of IEMs. Now I understand why Thieaudio IEMs are priced the way they are.
Thankyou Joyce for sharing my favourite brand factory it was truly amazing to see the entire process of IEM making, please keep coming with these types of unique videos, you are doing awesome work to audiophile community.
Great tour Joyce! That was nice of Thieaudio to share their process with the community. I wish they let you talk to John Park who designed most of those iems internally :-)
Joyce you’re quickly becoming one of my favorite channels. Your reviews are unique and technical and now you bring us great content like this! Thank you so much for everything you do!
Great video Joyce! Very interesting and awesome seeing all the process until the product is ready. Great insight, love all the detail and passion put into these IEMs, they’re beautiful. 🤩
This is an amazing video! Thanks for sharing the process how they make IEM's. I wouldn't have thought theres so much handcraft behind it. Now i can appreciate my lovely Oracle MK3's even more 👍
@@HuCzEk92 Prestige LTD is an all-round hall like, more mature, highly accurate sounding IEM, 0 fatigue and fitting issue with long sessions (one time I put it on for over 5 hours at work and kinda forgot I'm using it). But the bass is not as punchy as MKIII (single DD vs dual DD). Monarch MKIII is more energetic, studio like sounding, but may have fitting issues that causes physical fatigue on the ears on long session (>2 hrs). Both sound terrific. I prefer Prestige LTD 99% of the time but switch to Monarch MKIII when I'm in the mood for energetic musics (Rock, Electronic, EDM, Hip Hop, House, Trance, etc). No right or wrong with these. I recommend if possible to audition both of them at least for 2 hours with your usual genres before purchase, with LTD first.
Love theses types of videos, extremely informative! Maybe one day they'll allow you a full access recording, from idea (beginning) to release (end) on a future product.
I like seeing the process that goes into making these IEMs. I'm curious what the CIEM molds were for, though. What CIEM models does Thieaudio still offer?
Great video, the place looks awesome. My only concern is if the person who has to cure the iem directly when adding the faceplate is using their hands, i cannot be certain just read some articles about women who use this light for curing their nails rising concern of exposing skin of their fingers frequently to the uv light, could it become a mid or maybe long term hazard? Probably also use gloves although it is understandable the lack of control of such a tiny piece. Maybe an extender or some other setup so fingers wont receive as much of that light?
The correct term for solidification is curing process. And after 3D printing process, the IEM shell need to be washed, i think you skip the process or there is no just finished 3D printed shell at that time, so you just skip to available IEM shell at curing process.
Interesting, I’ve seen some manufacturers 3d print their channels or tubes into the shell design, although it was only one manufacturer and i don’t remember who it was lmao
@@JoycesReviewAre they only available in mainland China? They stopped listing ciems on linsoul a long time ago. I reached out to them a couple months ago asking about CIEMs and was told they only have models like the monarch mk3 that have customizable shell colors and faceplates, no custom fit options.
Well all the shells being "unique" means as long as it still looks cool. To be fair lots of industries do this...also yes any chifi iem can have QA/QC issues. My hype 4 was sent out with a bad 2 pin connector
Very cool to see how they're made, it looks kind of fun -- apart from the tiny soldering, I would screw that up every time.
hahahaha
😂😂@@JoycesReview
It was so much fun to watch, except the soldering part. Thanks for the tour!

More to come!
The Thieaudio factory tour was a lot of fun to see. Your narration was very helpful.
Wow pretty cool video. Appreciate that Thieaudio handcrafts every iem they make.
Thanks for the tour!
seems you got the charm to have a tour on ThieAudio's factory.. no reviewer have ever done that except you.. how fortunate, Joyce!
I'm kinda jealous ;-) Another great video Joyce!!
Let’s go together next time❤
Great experience to watch this. Thanks Joyce

No wayyyy Joyce thanks! I got my Hype 4 recently lol so I do want to know how they make it 👀🙏
Thanks for the tour. It was very entertaining and educational.

So this is the process of my hype 4! Impressive
It's very interesting to see how the IEM's are made. Thank you.
Wow! Wonderful video.

Loving my THIEAUDIO Prestige LTD & Monarch MKIII more and more after seeing this!
Which one do you prefer and what kind of music do you listen to? I not sure which one should I choose...

I love these two as well!!
Great video Joyce thank you
I enjoyed watching how my monarch mk3 faceplates were made. Thanks!
cool to see this. 3D print really made it easy for them. i guess the price will come down more in the future when everyone is doing it.
This is awesome! Ill be ordering an oracle mk3 soon and it's nice seeing how they are made
Oh that's amazing how IEMs are made! I wanna build IEMs shop not to sell and profit but for personal use
Very enjoyable to watch. Thank you.

The skills are some of the best apparently! Pretty cool. Subbed 🙂
Much appreciated!
Woah... This is great to see. Ty.
That V16 LTD Hong Kong Edition looks so cool! Wish there was a way to try it, I'm a fan of the normal V16.
In English, I think the word 'solidification' via UV light is referred to as 'curing' though I am not 100% sure.
Yeah. 😂 it even says CURING on the 2nd machine in english
Yes, thank you for correcting ~ please excuse my language,My native language is not English.😊😊
Congrat on ur customs mold..nice crafted iem brands..Peace!
I like seeing the process that goes into making these IEMs. I'm curious what the CIEM molds were for, though. What CIEM models does Thieaudio still offer?
Yes, always. But only for the flagship IEMs
Interesting! How are the IEMs made and how does the company handle the process? Great job! Congratulations on showing this! 👏✨

Are more time put into the flagship like the prestige, v16, and monarch for quality assurance?
I promised myself I would not get another IEM until next year but I'm still dying to get myself a Thieaudio Hype 4.
Thats my fav iem ❤
Damn, that looks like a job I’d probably actually enjoy doing
Lol, they still do CIEM? thought they stopped doing that after their fail of doing Monarch (Mk1)
real hype🗣

wow cool experience
this is amazing...which iem is available for custom
Almost all, as long as it’s the flagship ones.
@@JoycesReviewwait, how? who do i contact to reshell Prestige LTD?
As you mentioned the Prestige LTD Hong Kong Edition. Does it come with a different tuning compared to regular LTD?
I believe you meant " V16 Divinity HongKong Edition"~ The tuning is slightly different. The main tuning style remains the same.
@@JoycesReview Yeah V16... thx for small insight!
Joyce has ciem nice one
What configuration are you getting put into those CIEMs?
Still didn’t made up my mind. What’s your recommendation?😊
@@JoycesReview Since you did put in some hours working the factory floor... Monarch MKII lol
Joyce, not the ears... Stop teasing...😂❤❤❤
Thank you for the behind-the-scenes tour...😊
good stuff
nice!!!
Will they have a new flagship IEM this years?
Is thieaudio going to start selling CIEMs again? I don't think I've seen one since monarch MK1.
Could be for "other" brands of iems since different brands are often really the same in audio, especially Chi-fi
THIEUAUDIO always does the CIEM. Never stopped.

I wonder if they make Oracle MK1 custom..
can you ask them,if they hve any personal grudge with my fren wahyu?

If this made in the west price will at least double, this is like making luxury watch
❤
I'm surprised they're able to maintain any sort of QC and consistency given the number of steps in the manufacturing process done by hand.

next i want to see how KZ makes theirs in bulk lol..

i donnot know why ........................
women made the iem
It never fails to amaze me how much manual work goes into a making a single IEM. @JoycesReview how long does it take to complete 1 IEM?
