So I've discovered the ON/OFF button is in the back. Which means I have to turn my whole table around. Very inconvenient. I find this is the case with most tech "progress". Things become more, not less difficult.
This looked like a very nice video. However, I wasn't able to finish it due to the talking, laughing, whistling and other background noise. I'll just seek further help where things might be quiet. I did give the video a "like" for future people who might use it.
I got my printer today , I tried too many times and I couldn't do it right. Now I just watching your video and it looks so easy. Thank you. I'll try tomorrow.... just one question? Only one cable came the one to connect to power right?
Thank you Ingrid! Yes only one cable for the power and also another one that is a USB to hook from the printer to the computer. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. Let me know if any more questions.
Hi and thanks for the instructions. like the person below I do not know where the scanned image went, scanning is taking a picture of it and sending it somewhere but you showed it coming out like you just printed it. pressing the same button asp ring but you said scan. the other question is can this printer scan and print a double sided document? I see no features to do that or videos that can explain it. thanks for the help!
Good questions!! Well should ask where you want to save it in the print or print preview menu. Those same menu’s should also allow you to select two sided. See if that works.
Probably. Many of these printers claim to be wireless but I’ve purchased many over years and can’t get very many to work well or even at all unless I’ve got them plugged in. Good comment.
I think wireless refers to not having printer plugged into router. For a Wi-Fi connection. In all cases you would need to have an electric wired connection for electricity to power the printer.
Hi Yvonne. The scanning takes place by placing the document face down on the glass. It doesn’t move. The copying takes place on the feeder on the top. The copied document gets fed through the top feeder tray and kicks out on top of the printer under the top feeder tray. Hope this helps.
There is a power button on the back of this printer, above where the power cable connects to the printer. Press once, the printer will ring a bell and the lights will shut down.
This is a really good printer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 . The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
*Great **Bestt.Digital** printer, easy to setup and use. Looking forward to seeing how long the ink lasts.*
Ok I’ll try

Thanks Peter:)

@@teridarcy4733 my apologies but thank you for the like!! Take care.
Will the blue light always stay on? I'm talking about the blue glow from paper comes out. That will always be on?
FYI - the scan functions of this printer do not work unless you set up a HP account. Nice touch, HP!
True.
Thank you for helping find the issue of paper out
Heck yes!!!!:) thanks for the feedback.

@@DIYTechnician omg following your video seems that it will work the cartridge
This is the one that also has the fax function through the app as well right
I’d like to say yes but not 100% sure. I didn’t use it as such. Thanks for watching. Hopefully someone in the comments can provide a lay up assist.
Hi, can i scan multiple pages at once ?
I wish. Good question though. I wondered the same thing but looks like it only does one at a time.

@@DIYTechnician thank you for the quick response, my friend!
@@pcfitter5327 Of course! I hope this helps you;)Take care
Can you show how to print a 4x6 photo?
Does this machine give you the option to not go wireless?
I’m really not sure. Maybe someone who knows can comment
When I scan a document it goes somewhere, but not to my email. How do I get the scanned copy to my email address?
I typically like to save it somewhere like my desktop or similar and then attach it to a new email from there.
Its not actually wireless is it it only turns on when u have it plugged in ?

😄👍 Thank you!
Of course! Glad it helped:)
but ... how do you get it to print envelopes? envelopes are in tray but it won't print on them from Word, Mailings, Envelope....
I’m not exactly sure but hopefully someone can comment for solution. I was able to do it from word.
Where is the document I scanned? It didn't show up in my documents. Thank you.

Did this answer your question?
Feel free to ask more if this didnt help you out
Changed cartridge, but now won't print. Help
Sorry for the dumb question but did you remove the sticky tape over the cartridge?
You didn’t show the printing alignment process? I hope I do it right 😂 Thanks for the other info shown. Very helpful.
Sorry but glad it helped a little :)
How do you turn it off lol
:)

Printers need more paper storage.
I agree!
something as simple as where do you put the paper ....??
In the paper feeder tray
Muttering to yourself doesn't help me. Plus the most basic question - how do you turn the bloody thing ON and OFF ?
Unplug it
@@DIYTechnician Why not reveal the power button above the power cord?

Hahah that’s great. Thanks for sharing.
After all that, you didn't show us idiots how to enlarge a copy!
I am one of those as well :) I’m not sure. I’d have to tinker with it and don’t have it in my possession. Sorry:(
Flashing E
Shoot. There must be some kind of error
This video made me sea sick. The chuckling is poor, too.
