Same i'm stiff af but this one was always easy...it's kinda a resting postition for me
As an Indian i m laughing after you said word "struggle" lol 💀
the real struggle starts AFTER getting into that position
Yeah I thought this video was satire until i saw the comments
India is part of Asia isn't it?
thats how you sh1t innit

Currently in hospital watching this on my phone in a neck brace after a tragically failed squat attempt
Exactly the video I needed

How is that impressive? Everyone can do that with ease

Instructions unclear, I pooped myself.
You never met Slavs in adidas.
Slavs is a language family. Not a race.
@@MrAmharait's an ethnicity you derp
@@MrAmhara he's saying it's a behavior common in Slavic speaking cultures. They're collectively referred to as Slavs, and the practice is even colloquially referred to as the Slav Squat. No one said anything about race except you.
I dred the day I come across a Slav in a tracksuit.
They're never up to any good.

That talent is much appreciated.

Spent a lot of my childhood imitating Spider-Man I can to this just fine 😂
I have stiff ankles, this will help my squatting with metal weighted plate or plywood. Great information 👍

I’ll teach her for u my dude. She would love it

That’s exactly what I was thinkin, this is only for women why are men learning how to do this🤣😭
Naturally gifted.
that’s nothing crazy to do though?
@@aquathix Tbh, as a person of Euro decent I always thought (& heard others wonder) if their abilities were developed b/c this common way to sit in many SEA countries OR they had a physical difference.
As an American, this always made me feel like an un-athletic bum (even though I played sports, I was obviously not developed to the best of my ability! Lol).
@@G_v._Losinj2_ImportantPlaylist No it's just called a lower center of gravity, women find it easier to do for the same reason.

My grandpa sits for 4-5 hrs daily in this so called deep squat position 😅

As a North African guy, we take shit in this position every day 🤯🤯
It’s the best natural position!
That girl is naturally gifted.
No she isn’t
She isn't I don't do shit and can squat that easily with weight aswell 💀
@@ssypherbot_check_bio_if_mad that's what naturally gifted means lmao
@@yerokaasregor no everyone can this.... It's not that hard.... 💀
@@yerokaasregor no that's not being naturally gifted, anybody can do it with bare minimum effort. A week at the max of training if you can't for some reason then you'll be able to do it easily.
Leg length, knee mobility, and even thigh/calf thickness also prevent an atg squat in many people.
As a native/black guy I've always sat this way and cross cross applesauce 😂
Yep I had two kids in that position :) thanks to the Bradley method and gravity, no meds after walking through most of the waves. But it was a fight with the hospital staff. They’re really chained to the laying down in pain method. They hated it but hey it was easier and cheaper. My state doesn’t have birthing centers that took our insurance.
I just looked that up, I didn't know what bradley method was, but it's apparently natural birth method, which is weird. Doctor in my country only do c-section if it's not possible to do it naturally.
That’s a lot to take in
Nice, knowledge like that is far too rare, i hate how doctors have pushed women to give birth in the worst possible position just because the doctors were having closer access to the child. It's damn vomfort of the doctor that is valued higher than the actual child birthing mother's and the child's safety. Sickens me every time i am reminded of this.
Women should be allowed to decide what position. No one lays down to poop, so why do they make women lay down to give birth? I think it's much more difficult. I am glad you fought for what worked for you
❤❤❤
@@donerzombie1349 There's definitely a reason and scientific research backing why it's done the way it is, every medical procedure is always chosen based on evidence from research, and emphasises patient and neonate safety first. Well in the UK anyway.

dude, all wrestlers everywhere can do this with ease
Not just Asian, the bushmen from South Africa could do that with ease, no gym needed. They sat around the fire like that most nights
does any1 know what the reason is? For example woman are able to better stretch because of their hip width..what's the reason for this?
this position is technically how we are supposed to sit. helps keep your lower body parts more flexible, with more range of motion which helps protect your back. but also, works out your quads, glutes and calves, but with chairs and people not stretching normally anymore this sit position has been lost to those that dont practice making you partially inflexible. @@milaahrens9171
@@milaahrens9171Well, he said the reason most people can't do it is due to lack of flexibility in the ankle.
Not sure that means the reason Asians can, and others can't is because their ankles are somehow more flf98⁸FFG problems 😅😅😅
Ive always sat in that position and people would make fun of me for it lmao, sometimes I just don’t feel like actually sitting on the ground so I crouch
I played catcher and I cant even do that.... makes it feel like my legs are gonna pop
