It's not a sham,, it's a scrim lol, I've been cleaning windows in Manchester England for 36 years, started when I was 17 and I'm 53 now, and my dad was a window cleaner before me. I've only ever used scrim and a unger squegie. When I first started cleaning windows I used a rat tail mop and a scrim and that's it. Great video, was fun to watch

I've been in the window cleaning business for 17 years for the same company. Your videos really inspire me to ditch the company I've been working for. I usually do $3500 + a week, but unfortunately I will only see less than half of that money. I want to start my own, but I've been a lap dog so long that all i know is the work part and not the business aspect. I've never had that struggle that put you in the do or die stage in life, So I never thought about it. But you really inspire me to want more for myself. I've been watching your videos on starting your business, and i'm floored at how simple it is. I got great customer service skill and always have good stories to tell my customers while im working. They seem to appreciate the company more than the window cleaning. I 90% of the time do commercial. I only do residential if its a condo building. but that's because the company I work for shy away from single family homes. I'ts independent window cleaners everywhere in my city. Over here, it's dog eat dog. So I'ts time that I became a Pit Bull. Thanks for your videos. Stay blessed. Time to bet back to work

I never saw a bucket of water with you at the job, please tell me you don't spray your wand with water to re-wet it. Also when you wait to detail all the windows at the end of several , you risk water dripping down and messing up what you just did . You do have some skills though and I like your attitude . Window cleaning is a good business if you are enegetic, social, and have a plan to grow your company. My best friend started his window cleaning company doing residential agter really mastering down the trade which took him 8 months he started talking to offices, schools , colleges and got contracts with them as well as mom and pop restaurants and chain restaurants he is doing really well. On a slow yesr he makes about 48k on a super busy year he is making 200k but nothing less then 48k according to him.

when I was in highschool. my mom would clean remodelled apartments.. sometimes the old windows would not be changed... I'm talking about nasty yellow trimming tape everywhere dirt and heavy grease everywhere.. one window would take 20-30 mins...I would have to soak the window with a sponge to take all the nasty as dirty grease dust .. then I would scrap and rub the shit out of the window with scrapers.for 20-30 mins to make the window clear and clean, and get the yellow shit out of the trimming ...

Keith has said multiple times he makes about 500 bucks a day which is more than 100,000 a year (about 261 working days/year).. Its actually like $130,000. He said he knew a guy making 1000 a day cleaning windows and that was his goal which is crazy awesome

a business doing 100k a year is not great...not sure why everyone is all jealous thinking that he is lying. You could literally go pick up dog poop for 12 hours a day everyday and make 100k. , after you pay taxes at 30% and pay your employee 20-30G..payroll taxes, insurance, equipment your maybe bringing home 50K... which is a good living. this guy looks like he works his ass off.
