Bro. You are a god given inspiration. Covid destroyed my business my wife almost died got very sick for over a year and i used to be BANKING for a min. 2 years ago bro i was walking around with 10gs in my pocket on any given day. All stihl tools etc. Had to sell it all when wife got sick to take care of her i couldn't work. It ate every penny we had saved.
Welp here i am again. God apparently wants me to raise this business up again so here i am. Starting from nothing again . difference is i still got my truck my lettered truck thank god and all my uniforms and cards and business profiles wiith reviews.. So i have a MAJOR jump on it.

I've not long had a roof rack and ladders mounted on my unsigned white van. I've had loads of older folks asking me already as started detailing windows and clearing gutters for my gardening client's. Liquidator squeegee, monsoon scrubber, ninja razor scraper, little pump sprayer, couple of soft brushes, microfiber cloths and some glass towels. Square bucket and a belt. Easy money. uPVC solvent restorer and some car wax.

What a great video. Keith is 100% accurate. I did the same thing, it’s not easy, but it can be done! You have to hustle and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it can be done!

He’s right I’m seriously considering starting my own window cleaning and gutter cleaning business I used to work for a company doing just that for about 2 and 1/2 years just so risky to start a business and have it fail I’m only 22 btw and I’m a union ironworker apprentice I don’t want to throw that away trying to start the business lol maybe I’ll finally do it once I get through my apprenticeship idk yet tho only time will tell

Currently utilizing Jobber to calculate customer retention. So far I have 3k on the books, another 5,500 out waiting approval. Trying to get a 75% retention rate and have 18k on the books before the season even starts.

I’ve been doing windows since I was a kid with my dad. I gave it up to start a landscaping business because I saw your videos and just now saw you do windows as well. How are you doing both? It would be nice to do commercial windows along with my landscaping business but doing allll the work myself to start with is virtually impossible.

Even doing d2d in a wealthy neighborhood I think you would get a lot of no's. Usually the rain itself cleans the windows good enough. I'm sure there's people with some nasty ass windows but I have never paid for this service nor known anyone who has. My parents definitely didn't hire a window cleaner growing up.
I can't see anyone paying these prices like 200 or. More for someone to run a wfp over their windows quick. Is this still viable in the Midwest in 2023? People pay 650 dollars for window cleaning?
