I have gained some real knowledge and guidance for ending. With someone presenting huge feelings to end safely. I really feel blessed I can gain knowledge and understanding ftom your videos
I think it ties in with attachment difficulties in people. The fear of being alone, or feeling like you’re going to be abandoned once you have discussed the end, because seeing yourself in a more recovered state whereby you’re able to handle that ending is really hard to envisage at the start of therapy when you’re stuck in the here and now.
@@counsellingtutorpodcast Hi, thank you for your amazing videos. So now I'm confused, I understood the here and now was to be present and mindful, a good situation; but here it suggests being in an unwanted situation?

Thank you so much both. Somehow the topics covered always seem to meet me where I'm at. The career aspect is very prevalent right now. Qualified in july and considering next steps. Also managing the ending of my core training. The loss of my peer group on a weekly basis. Considering going back to my agency to start back up with some client work but mindful of my limits and how much I can offer whilst working full time. Quite complex for me when I really do miss the work and the whole process. Thanks again both of you 😊
So glad the topics are relevant for you. I can certainly relate to the feelings of loss that ending training brings up regarding the group. Wishing you all the best with your choice as you journey forward, be sure to update us on how you get on.
