As soon as you said privilege or critical theory you announce yourself as a Marxist WOKE. You are mixing political WOKE Marxism with Counselling. You are a massive traitor to Democratic British Values of integration and Inclusion. And, training should educate yourself into why Muslims will not integrate, go to counselling or mix. Why many Indian, Africans and other migrants who are not Muslim do integrate. Once Counselling in legislated with centre Marxists gender, culture and silencing policies will be the end of counselling. The pair of you should wear badges with the hammer and sickle…..

You’re a Marxist Woke! Fucking Hell people believe you….! Drawing a similarity between African apartheid and progressive successful multi cultural diversity is retarded! It is a complete failure with continued unregulated open boarders, the introduction of Shira law and Muslim refusal of integration. No! It’s not progressive. We live in a two tier society. Where indigenous white British under democratic law should be the majority and the minority should be integrated migrants who value British values and culture.

I wonder if I could share on here as I hear this. 17 years ago I was told while pregnant I could not stop taking methadone. And that my child would be taken to special baby care unit. I did stop taking methadone with no adverse affects to my son who is now 17. It wasn't ab easy process for me but I think I'm trying to say here one rule does not fit all. All my medics told me. You can't. You will feel ultimately that didn't happen happen.

Really enjoyed listening to this podcast, especially the bit about counselling Muslim clients. For a Muslim client coming to therapy there are so many intersectional experiences that they may bring to therapy. It's so important for therapists to be aware of this, and learn about others so as not to cause further damage to the client and their experiences of therapy. The client may well be attending therapy because of oppressive experiences within society, and to be met with ignorance and prejudice within therapy is compounding that experience. I always say there is nothing wrong with being curious and asking questions. It shows you're interested and want to learn!

I am going to be going through the past 238 episodes in my past time :) I need to wright a book chapter about full functioning and was wondering if I could ask some questions? How would you say someone could develop to become more fully functioning? Also, what would you say are some flaws in the theory? (I.e. is it culturally specific)

Are boundaries 'fixed'? I don't quite get that! To me, boundaries shift all the time depending on how we talk about them; conceptualised and, more importantly, agreed upon, in the fluidity of language?
