The list type videos are great maybe to get new viewers, but for the current ones it's not possible to learn 10 new rules everyday. You need more of this type of content which is motivational, biographies of successful entrepreneurs, maybe interviews, etc which help subscribers to get better rather than just be focused on getting new subscribers all the time. I think your viewership per video from subscribers will increase when you have more productive and varied content. Btw loved this video 😊

With 4.2 million, subscribers their regular views don't even reach 100k. This means that people subscribe but don't watch their content thereafter. If their daily content was really helpful to its subscribers then they would watch everyday and the views would be much higher. Yes, list posts might be good to grab attention of new people, but is it really possible to learn 10 new rules EVERYDAY and keep applying them for regular viewers? I am not saying that never do list posts, but maybe like once a week and rest of the days make engaging posts to help the subscribers with more motivation, etc stuff. I like say at my workplace, " You gotta bring the excitement to work, not expect to pull excitement from it". This is all too much content (information overload), maybe you can just summarise all of your videos into 10-15 videos and not post everyday. You have both quality and quantity of videos but too much quantity makes it confusing. Just make less videos and more concise.

They also seem to be putting more and more ads in their videos, which is really distracting. I'm starting to think that Alux is more interested in making money than providing quality content. This makes it difficult to watch the video and enjoy the content. When you speak of Opportunity Cost”, you must be referring to Millennials or Gen -Z’s I’m a Gen-Xer. I didn’t have the traditional job opportunities and consistency of employment that my boomer parents had. So, I didn’t get to live the “American Dream”. And now am getting to old to enjoy the benefits that the millennials and Gen-z are being given for nothing. I see people fresh out of high school with no secondary education making $15-$30/hr.
