I do trade bitcoin, but I always end up making more loss than profit whenever I trade, I started trading after I watched some TH-cam videos about bitcoin trade.... there must be something I'm doing wrong
1.Set up routines- and follow them. 2.Have a to-do-list ready at the start of every day 3.Prioritize, and do first things first. 4.Don't let things pile up. 5.Go for simple solutions. 6.Set reminders. 7.Put everything where it belongs. 8. Keep all the essentials handy. 9. Do regular maintenance. 10.Cut out the everyday decisions that waste time. 11.Get good at estimating how long tasks will take 12 Don't leave tasks half done. 13 Filter out the unimportant stuff. 14 Know how to de-stress. 15 Have an optimistic mindset. 16 Don't be a perfectionist. #I don't need thanks- I need prayers 🤲😀

For me definitely, its got to be the Pareto priciple since it helped me getting most out of my time, money end extending quality time with family its a powertool I now want to apply to my workout routine to hopefully reach the same kind of sucess I found financially.💪🏻

My worst nightmare: having unorganized bosses and employers. Whenever I go on vacation, I finish all of my tasks, so my colleagues wouldn't have to deal with any of them. Then make an excel table of all the projects, the most recent files, where these files are saved and what was the last step taken in each project in case one of the project managers or an advisor will contact my office. I REALLY hated it when employers would give me tasks on projects of colleagues who were away on vacation, not finishing their tasks, and the office has been contacted by the project manager who was upset about plans not being approved on time. Then I get more and more tasks piling up, and NOTHING is done on time. I once had the CEO call me into his office after holliday season, telling me he was unsatisfied with my productivity. I told him I had no plans doing tasks for half of his employees being away on holliday season leaving things opened and tasks undone. I told him next time I'll be the one complaining about it instead of them when they return after vacation, unless he would like to fire me for the reason he called me into his office. He didn't fire me. I quit 10 months later, after my mother-in-law recovered from cancer and my divorce papers were signed. I've heard from former colleagues changes were done about a month after I've left that firm. One thing for sure: I've done all of my tasks a week before my last day. I refused to take more tasks because I knew I wouldn't finish them before quitting, and that same excel table of the projects and tasks was emailed to my boss, my squad, the CEO and his secretary. I always do it when quitting a job as well.

I am reasonably well organized most of the time. Key for me is to avoid perfection paralysis. A boss I had many years ago told me, "the saying that anything worth doing is doing it right" is wrong. If it's worth doing, just do it.

I often rely upon writing down my goals and plans. every Sunday I write down what I need to do in the next week. Ticking those points is the best feeling ever. Also with writing goals attach pictures of what you want to achieve, like a vision board. It really works wonders.

Half work done is major issue, sometimes momentum is everything. In case of Half work done kills the momentum of floating ideas in your brain, eventhough all factors are important but work half done shows the significant gesture about your lack in focus. Please, for the sake of civilization, it's not pronounced 'pareto' as in 'pare' and 'to', but 'Pareto' as in 'pa' from 'passenger', 're' from 'Lorraine' and 'to' as in 'towards'. Pareto is the name of the Italian guy who discovered the principle, hence they name it after him.

I don't know why but watching this and trying to think about being more positive and getting organized makes me feel angry. I don't know what's wrong with me or why I feel this way. I want to do better and I want to be a better and more organized person, but I feel so pissed off just thinking about it. Normally in my disorganization and bad habits (especially in distracting myself) I feel happy and uncomfortable. What is wrong with me, why does bettering myself make me angry, I deserve to do better and I know what I need to do but why the hell does it piss me off it makes no sense. Does anyone else deal with this feeling??

I don’t have time to waste nor do I like wasting time. I’m not as organized as I should be; however I am organized to fit my convenience. The biggest and quickest way that gets me angry is both of those items.

Maybe we’d get more done if we weren’t bombarded with constant distractions that take away from everything like social media, emails, texts, messages, notifications, voicemail. Who can get anything done in today’s world when everyone expects you to answer and respond to everything?

1. Setup routines & follow them. 2. Have a to do list for each day. 3. Prioritize tasks & do first things first. 4. Don’t let things pile up. 5. Keep it simple. 6. Set reminders & deadlines. 7. Everything in its place. Mise en Place. 8. All essentials within reach, easily accessible. 9. Do regular maintenance. Act on them when they show up, not when things blow up. Anticipate problems. 10. Cut out everyday decisions. What’s for lunch, where we going, what am I wearing etc. Make a one & done decision. 11. Plan for tasks to take longer than they actually will. Overtime & over budget is normal but shouldn’t be. 12. Don’t leave tasks half done. Half-assing it. You want the whole ass. 13. Filter out all the bullshit things, people & places. A lot of bullshit out there, select bullshit carefully. 14. Know how to destress. Know yourself and how to best blow off steam. 15. Be optimistic but practical & realistic. Remember you have to take action on your plans otherwise you’re dreaming. 16. Don’t be a perfectionist. It’s fear based, and nothing is perfect. Get an 80-90% solution and work it out from there. Pareto 80/20.

Please, for the sake of civilization, it's not pronounced 'pareto' as in 'pare' and 'to', but 'Pareto' as in 'pa' from 'passenger', 're' from 'Lorraine' and 'to' as in 'towards'. Pareto is the name of the Italian guy who discovered the principle, hence they name it after him.
In relation to meeting up with somebody I have found that sharing my location with them cuts out any guesswork as to when I will arrive

I don't know why but watching this and trying to think about being more positive and getting organized makes me feel angry. I don't know what's wrong with me or why I feel this way. I want to do better and I want to be a better and more organized person, but I feel so pissed off just thinking about it. Normally in my disorganization and bad habits (especially in distracting myself) I feel happy and uncomfortable. What is wrong with me, why does bettering myself make me angry, I deserve to do better and I know what I need to do but why the hell does it piss me off it makes no sense. Does anyone else deal with this feeling??

1. Setup routines & follow them.
2. Have a to do list for each day.
3. Prioritize tasks & do first things first.
4. Don’t let things pile up.
5. Keep it simple.
6. Set reminders & deadlines.
7. Everything in its place. Mise en Place.
8. All essentials within reach, easily accessible.
9. Do regular maintenance. Act on them when they show up, not when things blow up. Anticipate problems.
10. Cut out everyday decisions. What’s for lunch, where we going, what am I wearing etc. Make a one & done decision.
11. Plan for tasks to take longer than they actually will. Overtime & over budget is normal but shouldn’t be.
12. Don’t leave tasks half done. Half-assing it. You want the whole ass.
13. Filter out all the bullshit things, people & places. A lot of bullshit out there, select bullshit carefully.
14. Know how to destress. Know yourself and how to best blow off steam.
15. Be optimistic but practical & realistic. Remember you have to take action on your plans otherwise you’re dreaming.
16. Don’t be a perfectionist. It’s fear based, and nothing is perfect. Get an 80-90% solution and work it out from there. Pareto 80/20.
