Thank you first for dedicating your life to our Father. He has truly blessed us with you as one of His Shepard’s. May God be with you always. Some of us that have been chosen and filled with that mystical grace you are speaking of is also called the unitive way. It’s where He grants the grace of having wisdom in the Holy Spirit. As someone told me a while ago that this gift is like putting on “God Goggles.” I thought that was a great way to explain it as simply as possible. Truly I tell you it is unbelievable to learn how God sees you and what the world has told you, you are. Believe me in my case for sure about blew my mind. You are right His wisdom is impossible to understand with a human mind. And when you try to share it with people they think you’re crazy. With the grace of understanding only then can you accept what the Holy Spirit has revealed to you in prayer. Example this is not an exaggeration. I should have seriously been dead 37 times in my life my doctors are baffled at the fact I’m still here. This #does not included the many operations I have had. At any rate I keep asking God. Why am I here, and why do you keep sending me back. Many things have happened in my life to get me to where I am today and as the Holy Spirit connected the dots of my life I did fall to my knees weeping (not crying) I truly wept at first in disbelief. (Sorry Father for doubting). Fast forward finally abt 8yrs ago I asked why again. Please just tell me what your will is for me? His response was that your answer has always been in your name. And that it had to do with the book of revelation. Now I have and still not a doomsday kind of person really so I looke up the meaning of my name which there are many meanings. The most common meanings are Warrior Gift from God Son of a Carpenter. Once again I wept for I have received signs all my life and met my guardian angel at 6yrs old. I have also have dreams all of which have been connected like I said I’m beyond honored, happy, overjoyed, and full of love for our Father. At the same time I hurt and am saddened at what humanity has become. We are in deep trouble. Humanity as a whole has made a mockery of His love for us. If people don’t think He’s going to stay His anger forever they are sorely mistaken. It is now time to choose either you are for God and all that entails including our faith and morals of His Holy Church. Or you are against God this also includes the evangelical Christians. They do not have eternal life within them. So they are spiritually dead to Him due to many reasons but the big one is they do not have the Eucharist. Period point blank. I could go on and on but my finger hurts. So Gnite and God Bless

Also, Our Blessed Mother Mary's spouse is the Holy Spirit who is the Love generated from The Father and The Son, Jesus as you said Fr. Our Blessed Mother's love for the Holy Trinity and the Love the Holy Trinity has for Her allows Her to distribute the graces to change people's hearts while Her Son Jesus heals our wounds. Jesus is the way. The Truth and the Life; and His Holy Mother Mary is grace and wisdom itself. Thank you Fr. For a wonderful homily with much to ponder and meditate on.

Mary Craig - I understand about family, siblings, etc. Do not argue. Pray, hope and don't worry (Padre Pioneer/ St Pio). Be kind and speak lovingly to them if you are able to be around them. Otherwise, keep away but send a sweet thinking of you card every so often and holidays. So keep your distance, pray and have masses for true conversion to Catholicism for your family tree, but keep in touch but not involved. Leave it to God and He will heal the situation and will take care of them. Trust God, be humble and not preachy, let it heal.

I know the Friars Minor say they "don't buy into the theory of evolution" but the first few minutes of the talk don't make that clear --- I encourage all to purchase or get a download of "The Principle" movie. The world's leading cosmologist admit the earth appears to be in the middle of the universe. Related but not exactly the same, geocentrism as opposed to the false heliocentrism ties into the false and failed idea of evolution.

For most it’s beyond redemption- they are lost to eternity along with the institutions that spawned their terror
A few who understand Christ’s contempt for the priesthood may start exploring for themselves and start to find the truth. Not many though

Good talk but I have few major points to make: 1) the aliens joke was cute the first time, less so the second. I think Fr needs to go back and edit in a disclaimer that it’s a joke bearer I can definitely see, with Fr Rippergers new viral status, many people not of the strict faith will come find this channel and some may stay looking for God. There will be at least one that takes this alien joke and clickbaits it into a headline like “Priest repeatedly insists there are aliens”. I’m making this point not criticize but to look out for the channel against any potential troll’s. Point 2) There were several remarks made about accidents God made. One was explained away, the next was not. Again, I don’t think it’s a big deal but God doesn’t make accidents and a newly faithful person could be confused. Thank you regardless, interesting discussion

I'm sorry, but I had alot of difficulty following this priests sermon. I understood but there was no natural flow or theme or pattern of any real discussion. I guess I'm the only one maybe. 🤔 Alot of words but not much coherent follow through to then make a body or conclusion. Very hard to follow.

    Friar accidentally mispoke at 17:20.
God is not something that came from nothing.
He meant to say that those things that came into being from nothing were caused by Something.

God is the Alpha and Omega, He always was, and always will be, now and forever. Alpha = beginning Omega = end. He is the Creator. Read Genesis. Also things did not come in to being, they were created by God

WRONG WRONG WRONG -- The HOLY TRINITY (NOT merely the Holy Spirit) dwells in our souls by Baptism. This is why we can call God the Father Daddy or Papa! The SACRAMENT of Confirmation confers on the Baptized soul a SPECIAL outpouring of the Holy Spirit with the 7 Gifts & 12 Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Mmmm.... interesting ... my father taught us that in confirmation we receive the “fullness” of the Holy Spirit. He went to catholic school in Mexico. But here in the US my children went to catholic school and learned that you get all the gifts at baptism. ?

Why must the redemption of grace require the blood of the Divine? Who made this rule? God is omnipotent so why does God have to redeem grace through this horrific sacrifice of his Divine Son?
I understand that God is Love and can only act through love. How did God and Christ love those that spilled his blood?

    • @happylittletrees5668
      @happylittletrees5668 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Of course God didn't need his Son's blood to redeem man. It was as an example of how we are to act toward each other and it showed God's great love for us. Jesus said at the Last Supper: "No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13
You love your enemies first by forgiving them. Then the love will come. That's not to say it is easy. Jesus first words on the Cross spoken to his Father: 'Father, forgive them, they know not what they do." Luke 23:34

Redemption requires blood of the Divine to satisfy justice. Sin means death, meanwhile, blood means life therefore to rescue humanity from "death" due to our sins, God the Father sacrificed his son, to wash away our "death" by the blood of his son, death revived by life. Therefore, we have life. To answer the question, if God is all powerful why all this sacrifice still required, i may say, God the Father is God of justice and he is humble enough not to break the rules of nature by simply order things which would contradict the very nature of justice. However since he loves us alot, he finds a way to save us while still satisfying the divine justice. And, there was no other way, rather than sacrifing his own son, and he took that way...

The reason was Adam and Eve committed the first sin against God (original sin). Adam and Eve were the first parents of the human race. This sin against God was so grave and the sin was infinite, that only a divine/human person could make up for the sin. So God demanded His Son sacrifice Himself for us. By doing so, He opened again the gates of Heaven for us.

*really* wanted to like this talk but the main issue I had was the anti evolution stance. Evolution is scientifically proven. Not atheistic evolution, but you very clearly proved your total lack of understanding of evolution. In fact, if we look at the splendor of evolution in nature, we see more clearly Gods glory than ever. We are all one family of creation. We are dust same as the rest.
The Church takes no official stance on evolution, but the Church *does* support science, and evolution is science. It does not take away from anything, only adds to it. I'm sorry but if you don't know the intricacies of genetic mutation, morphology, adaptation, fossil genes, etc. Please don't dismiss it. Learning about evolution has lead me to appreciate God's splendor and wisdom in creation like never before. Critique atheistic evolution sure, but at least know what evolution really is. I suggest talking to Catholic scientists. They will blow your mind and humble you with what we can understand of the mechanics of God's work in this world.
    Peace to you

The Incarnation was beautiful and harmonious, God created 'directly' and it reflected the creation of the first Adam, its completely out of sync with evolutionary theory - the Word was made flesh.
Those who accept evolution have a DIFFERENT view of the Word and the nature of God of Love.

I personally see them hand and hand- God creating everything doesn't mean evolution didn't happen- it just makes it all the more mysterious if anything

    • @lukepaul3286

These talks are objective not based on opinion but based on the traditional Catholic Faith - the explanations are coherent whilst Evolution is metaphysically impossible and lacks logical coherence (reason) - it also runs counter to Divine Revelation (faith) - the attempts to explain it using the Faith are also incoherent. Direct Creation does not have these problems.

    • @patrickhurley7029

@@lukepaul3286 I just don't get why God couldn't create the universe and allow for evolution? There is obvious proof of evolution everywhere and in many ways- it's overwhelming and Creation is a story. God gave us what we needed to know and that's that he created us and everything in this beautiful and profoundly mysterious universe- in this place we call life- and what more is important is we're here to experience it, appreciate it and hopefully make it better while we're here. Evolution is undoubtedly real, but I say so is God.
