Bajiquan - ding zhou(頂肘), pishan zhang(劈山掌), chong chuei(衝捶)

  • I started practice ding zhou(頂肘) just right after learning it!
    And also apply pishan zhang(劈山掌) and chong chui(沖捶) to sandbag :)
    It was great time!

    I just wanna point out the 頂肘 or so called 兩儀樁 is merely a kata which focuses more on training of movement and stability of the lower body. The related real application like throwing skills and elbow strike skills are really defferent from this kata. You wanna use the dummies to practice actuall skills for sparring, don't use it for kata. Matter of fact, forget about kata once you already start to train with a dummie.

      Yes, I part of it agree with that.
      But as a 2years of martial artist trainer before, it really hepls a lot for martial arts, and be strong too.
      For now, I trained it for joy.
      And for my health, and for to be strong.
