This was a great video. I love looking at planners. I don’t plan pretty anymore… no time but I enjoy seeing what others do with theirs. This was such a fun collaboration.

I hate planners because I need twice the space to plan weekends not a fraction of the space planners use. I need almost no space to plan much weekdays. I now use a lined notebook to record appointments, deadlines, due dates in advance and brief memories after. The notebook I buy is from Minimalism Art and lined but they sell dots. I get four years in one notebook with essential collections. Each week ( Tuesdays is desk work day) I use a spiral notebook to plan on a weekly basis and make a grocery/ meal plan list. I add things to my Google Calendar that I want an extra reminder. I like throwing away Todo lists when I'm done so those go on a sticky note or lately a separate mini spiral notebook. It may seem too redundant but I prefer to toss out the weekly stuff and Todo lists. At the end of four years I have a memory notebook of what happened that is condensed and small.
I set goals very minimally so what I do wouldn't work for everyone. My cleaning list is a routine that I don't need to write down. I know when I am doing zone one, etc how to clean what most needs it in that area. My usual goals with my writing I track in my writing notebook.

Love the planner! I have to write so much in each day with work, I’ve struggled to find one that works for work and life. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I may look into these.

I loved this video! I just found you the other day through your clean mama / fly lady video. You are my new favorite channel! I love my undated clever fox planner, I don’t feel guilty if I don’t fill in a week or two and just jump right back in when I’m needing to. I also love that you schedule the seasonal Mrs. Myers soap. 😍

Like you, I did bullet journal for quite awhile and then I used another planner. Now, for the last several years, I use the Full Focus Planner from Michael Hyatt. I like that there are different sizes and different formats (bound/coil). That, in conjunction with Power Sheets (goal planning), and my phone, are my system. Love these types of videos!

Breakfast food is anything you eat at breakfast time. Once you stop treating things as lunch or dinner only things, a while new world opens up. I never ate breakfast because I don't like most "traditional" breakfast foods. I actually found that I prefer lunch foods; soups, salads, sandwiches, and the like in the morning. If you go by traditional food styles, instead of breakfast-lunch-dinner, I do a lunch-dinner-brunch style of eating. I found I like my heaviest meal in the middle of the day and I only like "breakfast" foods like twice a month. I prefer things like yogurt, granola, fruit, and oatmeal as snacks instead. Once I stopped treating foods like prisoners of time, my whole relationship with food changed. I eat healthier, I enjoy eating more, I sleep better, I feel better, my energy is better, and I actually enjoy working out now. Before I would skip meals to avoid choices I wasn't interested in, now I look forward to eating whatever I want and enjoying the energy boost that comes with it.

Great video! I love planners and to-do-lists. I think I should have two - calendar& diaryfor me and one just for the home-stuff :) I will try out the Clean-mama-System again for a longer time. I used to do the flylady-system for a couple of years. But I was so overwhelmed the last month.... I love the Simply-Clean-Book. But can you tell me... Do you work in one area for a week and the rotating tasks are in that area?
I will go and watch other videos now!!!!

Thanks Gabi! No, I just look at the list of things for the month (in the book) and add them to my list for the week. Works great! If I miss something, no biggie! There's always next time.

Hmmm, I'm not sure exactly. There are many to choose from. I prefer just the calendar apps
