I’m self diagnosed with intolerance! My symptoms were IBS, anxiety and jitters after exercise, rashes, extreme fatigue. I had Hashimoto’s that advanced to thyroid cancer, as well as hyperparathyroidism. I also couldn’t lose weight. I was getting worse and was being labeled with “anxiety.” I stopped gluten 6 weeks ago. Rashes are gone. I had some withdrawal symptoms. I’m losing weight. I have some intermittent intestinal issues and have just started a probiotic.

Bravo doc‼️👏Thank you indeed! Tested positive for the gene but negative serology and only small intestinal inflammation on endoscopy... Feel better on gluten free diet!

Thanks for sharing. It's super common. I'm surprised this video doesn't get more views. I missed the mark somewhere. Maybe it needs a different title?

Confusing, butb thank you. i feel bad from gluten, specialist claimed I did not have Celiac disease, and do they not get anafylactic shocks, which I don't? I have other horrible illness symptoms, , but am so fearful, disheartened and down and poor from having had everything stolen from me, that I sometoimes cheat when I get rye bread from charity... How is it bad, I can't heal in mistreatment anyway and am too sick and exhausted to fight for my life and right, and with Aspergers and CPTSD Idk how to go about it. Help, anybody?

I’d be curious to know how many people with other autoimmune diseases, also develop celiac disease or non celiac gluten sensitivity. I have the latter, along with MS. I vomit for over 12 hours if I eat gluten or beef. I did find out I was allergic to beef and beef dairy products. It seems there’s a lot of weird things that make me sick anymore but I’ve tested the gluten and beef long enough to know I don’t want to chance it again! My guess is my immune system is attacking these offending proteins and making me even more ill. I see an immunologist soon for some testing. My IGE levels are always through the roof when I end up in the hospital for severe gastritis, severe dehydration & pain so I’m curious about addressing that. 2 visits ago I ended up in CCU and that was no fun.

Yes. I really love this question. There is actually some research showing a correlation between celiac disease and a number of autoimmune diseases, including MS. And I talk a little bit about the connection between MS and IBS in this video: th-cam.com/video/vNHBn7DDbEg/w-d-xo.html I think that there is a similar connection to non-celiac gluten sensitivity, but unfortunately there isn't any research on this. I'd love to see that. And I'll take it a few steps further. I'd love to see research on autoimmune diseases and all food reactions, including IgG and IgA food reactions, not just IgE. I think that would be very interesting.

@@IBSTreatmentCenter Another great video. My Professor is going to be very interested in watching these videos. He specialises in Coeliac disease research (and has done so for more than 50 years). 😅 We are from Melbourne, Australia.

And yes, we have ‘non-Coeliac gluten intolerance’. Or, at least, that was the conclusion about 15 years ago. 🙄

I'm from Pakistan where main diet substance is wheat we daily eat wheat almost 2 times and sometimes three times a day. I'm eating same from childhood but i'm also suffering from gut and stomach issues. Like suffering from constipation due to constipation i suffered from piles bloating etc. randomly without any thought i tried Pearl millet for some time as a alternate of wheat i realized my constipation issue getting solved, bloating and gastric issues also resolved. Again i started wheat, same issues i have to face. Can you please tell me am I a gluten intolerant?

It sounds like you could be gluten intolerant, and that is one good way to test it. Trust your instinct that you are feeling better without it!

      I am Also from Pakistan
I am 28 now, suffering from headache in childhood to anxiety severe acne and stomach issues i tried everything to manage these symptoms but never new the cause
Boom I am almost 2 months gluten free now
      Every symptom disappeared alhumdullilah.
Here in Pakistan wheat is everywhere major food source but zero awareness about gluten senstivity!!

Well if that isn’t bloody confusing I don’t know what is. And I don’t believe it either.

Either it's confusing or you don't believe it, but it can't be both.
