Wow! So very interesting. My doctor says I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance. If I stay completely gluten and lactose and Sugar free - my body works 😊
Really interesting upload. Love the detail ...... I just wish the doctors in general practice in the UK were more knowledgeable and supportive on the effects of gluten 😢
I had digestive problems after being bitten by a bug in Spain 14 years ago (my immune system went into overdrive). Over the past 2 weeks since cutting out gluten I am 100% better.
I remember 7 grade dad fed me eggs not wheaties, or shreded wheat or toast or wonder bread first time ever i made all B s. Went back on the grains Ds Cs Fs. I was just lazy . Now we know better but what a waste of 60 years.
A gluten free diet is not deficient in any micronutrients. Firstly, you can just eat gluten free bread. Secondly, if you don't eat junk like bread, you will be eating more nutrient-dense foods anyway. The most likely reason that a gluten-sensitive person is going to have nutrient deficiency is because they're still exposed to gluten and its damaging the GI tract and nutrient absorption capacity.
If you simply remove gluten-containing products from your diet without reworking it, it will probably lack in something. Similar to how simply dumping all meat and dairy from your diet without rethinking other products that you eat will likely leave you with some deficiencies
Maybe a gluten free diet could be deficient in some way not because the gluten restriction but other nutrients presents in grains like b vitamins and minerals. Sorry for my english. Greetings
When Im on my keto diet i feel good, when i have a cheat day, and eat a hamburger, sandwiches, cracker, or pizza, well I feel like crap. Sleepy, irritiable, and my arms go numb, bloating, nasal congestion, etc.
Agreed, it's like a sort of deep disdain for every other word he says. Like doesn't believe in the concepts he's discussing, or everything is in "quotes"

Any special powers, or...?
Many explanations out there, this might be the best overview yet. Thanks.
Why aren't they testing for HLA DQ7 in conjunction with HLA DQA1*05 which has also been associated with Celiac Disease?

I took a drink every time he said food map instead of FODMAP and now I'm shitfaced
Can gluten intolerance raise ana to 1:1280
Get all you're nutrition from animal meat, bones and organs. Low fodmap diet is easy and good for you if you include these foods.
Your facial expressions really throw me off. It’s almost like you’re scoffing at everything you’re saving.

Then don’t watch, just listen
You're right, but I find it very entertaining
