I received mine today and I installed it just a few minutes ago. I used the stickers to guide the protector like you did and it went flawlessly on the first try, exactly like in the vid. No bubble and perfectly aligned. Thanks for the great trick !

Orzly Ok so I had the am film protector and I am seeing the adhesive coming off after only 3 days of use. I even waited 12 hours before playing the console. Will this hold up to the heat of the dock and switch when in tv mode? Thanks
Wow what a great company! I misapplied my first 2 protectors so I asked them if they could do a replacement and after sending them pictures they were happy to oblige. Just received the replacement package now, never seen customer service like this before! Awesome!

I've always had trouble putting any kind of screen protector on, but that hinge method was brilliant and did the charm! Not a single bubble on my switch's screen, I didn't even have to push any out it just slipped right on perfectly first try! Thank you so much for showing that!

Wow! So easy to apply using this tutorial! I won't be afraid to dock my Switch anymore. Also, it fit perfectly with only one bubble on FIRST try. Used the plastic card and removed it instantly! Also, got it 4 days before it was due to arrive!
just installed the Orzly switch protector using the hinge method down here... at dropping it was like magic watching the adhesion spread from the center out...only needed the little tool to press on the two bottom corners, took 15 seconds total, incredibly easy
Finally a screen protector which applies properly! Every single screen protector I try either lifts up at the edges or has huge patches where there is no adhesive. I'm actually shocked because I am usually terrible at applying screen protectors but for once it was actually easy.

Received yesterday and installed just now. Normally don't buy screen protectors as I usually make a mess of applying them. The fact this is rigid helped. Fitted absolutely spot on following this video. Thank you.
I have never been able to install a screen protector without bubbles, dust particles, hairs and what not. Because of your video/process I have just installed the Orzly glass and I must say the finishing is like it has come installed from the factory. Much appreciated.

Got mine a few days ago, works wonderfully!
It was so easy to put in place using tape, I had a really big bubble in the middle after I put it on, but I massaged it away.
Highly recommend this, looks fine and seems to work well. It doesn't make the screen any way less usable.

brilliant product! looks incredible, the most protective, clear and zero bubbles!!!!!!! i bought my switch second and it has light scratches on the screen and with the tempered glass it completely hides them, making the screen look completely brand new.

I had a few bubbles attempting this but they were removed painlessly with the help of just lifting and reseating the protector with the little plastic tab 👍🏻

This is an incredible screen protector. I just unboxed my switch and put it straight on using the hinge method and it fell on flawlessly. No bubbles, no dust, didn't need to even push on it, it just adhered itself to the screen perfectly. I have never had a screen protector work so well first time. Good job!

I tried to install my first without the stickers and I got a few very large bubbles. I tried to fix it for a while then turned to this video.
I was concerned to use the second one and then it worked like magic! No bubbles at all! Thanks :)
Great product and great video guide, thank you. Just installed mine using the techniques shown here and it worked perfectly. You can hardly notice it's on the device and it restricts nothing when it comes to the screen. On a side note, you can keep the dust stickers if you chose to use them to hinge the protector in place, just re-stick them back to the sheet they came off for later.

fingerprints?
Finger prints do appear on the screen when it's been touched a lot but they don't restrict the display tbh. They are removed instantly when cleaned with a cloth though.

One of the most important things I’d say also is just take your time doing this. If it takes you an hour to put on a screen protector then it takes an hour.
Repeatedly rechecking for dust/hair and wiping gently. Wiping fast generates some static which causes hair and dust to be attracted to glass I’ve found.
Glad I got this screen protector for my Switch. It's been on there for around a year now. It still hasn't got a single scratch on it despite heavy use of the Switch. No other problems with it either, very easy to clean to. Looks the same as it did when I applied it to the screen a year ago.
Is that heavy use docked? I'm very worried about the heat and the adhesive.
Got mine earlier this week; great fit, great responsiveness, stupendously easy to apply, strong and just plain awesome.

Just applied it earlier! Fantastic protector, very easy to apply and I'd highly recommend this. It replaced the Hori one i had (had a few dust particles get in on the left side, also wanted to try this as there was a lot of praise surrounding it). Unfortunately i got a white spec of dust on the left hand side just as i applied :( which i was gutted about. This was in a steamy bathroom too, very annoying. Tempted to try remove the dust, but worried more might creep in as i lift the protector up with tape. Used the hinge method too, which is a must.
I feel your pain, it happened to me too. Just this one dust speck on the left of my screen after I applied the protector. o well at least my screen is protected now.
This is why I absolutely hate screen protectors. The one thing I really don't like about the Switch is it's plastic screen.

Ordered mine from amazon a few days ago should be with me by the end of the week. Haven't even docked my switch yet, after all the concerns on scratching! Will edit once arrived to reflect my opinions but I'm guessing they will be positive.
Just 2 days ago my switch would have been a gooner if not for this protection and really good and simple video how to apply it.

I broke both my glass protectors trying to install these on my Switch. Following the instructions I ended up with a few big air bubbles I couldn't smooth out. Tried to reset the screen protector and cracked the glass on the side. 2nd one did something similar with trying to get the glass in the center to stick first. Was really hoping glass screen protectors would go on as easy as in this video. That 'tape hinge' thing probably would of made things go on a lot simpler!

Fits great with little gap at all around the edge like it looks on the video for me...however two screen protectors in the box but only one alcohol wipe...so if the second one is needed sometime, there's no wipe :(
notrichyet you shouldn't need one, as if you have had a screen protector over the top there will be no finger grease on the display, just a tiny amount of dust which can be wiped off. Anyway you can buy alcohol wipes for really cheap.

Mine took a while to come as I ordered mine on the 4th or 5th, but after putting it on (I did not use my stickers because the way the dude did it was just way too tense for me) it looks great.
Honestly worth the wait.
EDIT: remember to NOT dock your switch for about a day to ensure the adhesive settles or whatever. I plan on actually not using my switch at all today.
Nice guide, unfortunately my newer screen protector doesn't actually come with an installation guide, hence why I looked for this video, going to install it today with the method shown, hopefully it goes well.

Best tip ever putting on any screen protectors - run a hot shower in your bathroom, door closed to keep in steam, then turn off shower open the door to let the steam out and in a couple of minutes go in and put the screen protector on etc. the steam gets rid of dust in the room. Thank me later :)

You make this look easy but the tempered glass can easily shift forward whilst you're removing he tear piece and scratch the screen at the bottom

Is the alcohol wipe and cleaning cloth necessary if I'm putting on the screen protector on a brand new Switch right out of the box (before even using the system)?

some feedback: in the twin pack itd be nice if you included double the extras, eg 4 dust stickers, and 2 alcohol wipes rather just one.

Why doesn't the instruction manual mention using the dust stickers to align the screen? That's smart. Would have saved my from misaligning my sheets.
2nd order is on the way though. The quality is apparent and I can hardly blame production for my own clumsiness. ;)
I just bought some for my switch I never knew that method before when I it it on I alway got dust or durt under it after I cleaned it I’m going to try it that way when I get them

mine came without installation guide. I'm used to using a brand that has handles on it. does this work the same?
EDIT: guide worked perfectly, thank you. it was a little slippy, and my hands were shaking as I was nervous, but it worked. I think the most important step is the actual cleaning stage though, as getting something stuck under the protector is a nightmare. on my first switch I did this the first time I set up the screen protector. Now i always make sure there is nothing on the screen or the protector first.
The hinge method was great but I do have a bubble that I can't get out. Peeling these back in any way seems to make that portion never stick again. Tips???
I applied my screen protector but it is very slightly off. Very slightly.
However it protects the screen entirely so i'm happy.
i was lucky on the first try, tho i cleaned it and looked on the surface like it was no tomorrow xD and when i dropped it, it was amazing i had no air to push out at all, only a bit on the very edge of the screen protector. Altho its a bit expensive, had to pay 11 pounds on it, but i am happy with the result. Now i no longer have to dock the SWITCH like i am holding TNT in my hands lol. Will check more accessories for sure from Orzly

Mines got a few hairs in that I could only see after I turned the screen on, overall id give mine a 7/10, hoping the bits of hair wont get in the way
Just received my Orzly screen protectors but they won’t stick to my switch. I do have a skin applied, and have seen other people with skins and screen protectors on top. But when I tried to put mine on it only stuck to a small part of the middle of the screen and nothing else. So far I’ve only tried one of the screen protectors, I did get a second but didn’t want to waste it in case I was doing something wrong.

I have a bubble on my second screen protector after 4 years , as the bubble on my last one ended up cracking it's just in the bottom left corner but so annoying
mine is slightly off aligned just did it today followed the method. the first time I did glass anything its ok have another glass protector i might buy more just for future

I've read this before in there reviews. I'm about to buy one but I don't understand how it could come in broken if it claims to be shatterproof...
Does this prevent it from any other scratches or damage caused by the dock to the front screen/bezel?
Just noticed the smallest black particle that must have got under when I took the tape off the back. How do I removed the tempered glass safely to reset and clean the screen and screen cover?

@Orzly Got mine installed and it looked great. I waited until the following day to start playing Zelda with the Switch docked, and I immediately started noticing the left side getting an air bubble. Almost like the heat generated from the Switch in dock mode was causing the screen protector to come off. Now every time I play docked, when I'm done, I have to undock and press my finger against the spot to smooth it back down. It's only the left side. And the protector is lined up perfectly so I don't understand why only the left side gets this issue.
