I love that you know about Utah, Idaho and Colorado. Thank you for your videos, it's very helpful. I have an appointment for tomorrow. I'm excited to learn these procedures for home care.

Do you have a chef in your homes or does your caregivers do the cooking?

Because we're a smaller, Medicaid facility, our caregivers do the cooking.
If you're a high-end facility with high-paying private pay residents, going with a chef is a route you could consider, but it's not necessary.

The better your business plan is and the more direct you are in how you will use the funds the more likely you are to get what you need.
Not every lender will do it, but some will, so be persistent and you'll find what you need!

Is substance abuse or group homes for adolescent children more profitable?

It would depend on the opportunity; it has the potential to be more profitable because the staffing model is smaller, but you also bring in less income with these options. You have to look at it on a case-by-case basis.

When it comes to children or adolescents, money should not be the goal!! They need people who care not pimp them out for a check!

@@MzLisasHouse money is always the goal essentially required to run a business. You can offer adequate programs for clients and staff. It's not charity it's for profit like everything else. YOU aren't working anywhere for free. Go gaslight with someone else
