I Organized An Event Where Everything Was Free!

  • Let me show you a little bit of what goes into hosting a Community Share, where people bring things they no longer want, need, or use, and people can come take things they do want, need, or would use!
    It takes a lot of help to get here, and I had a blast hosting this second one in my community. Another is coming up in October.
    If you're interested in hosting one of your own,
    I'm working on another video sharing my tips for how to do that,
    and I'll link it here when it's done.
    I also share my haul of things I got for free from the swap, including a book to finish up a trilogy that I love, and a funny sounding piano that I thought we'd use as a gag gift but my kids love so we may be keeping it.

      I hope you get to come too! It will be in October, which I know is tricky with election season, but I'm going to try to do it early October so it's not in the way of the hustle and bustle of election day and holidays and end of the year. And then another one in January again, since people REALLY like to get rid of stuff then!
