    I‘ve been playing Badminton for 15 years and recently came back to high intensity training after a 3 years break. This is a good refresh for the technique I learned already. Very detailed explanation, speed and footage was perfect. Thank you and keep it up 🙌🏼

    Be honest. This is the best tutorial about backhand. In other video most of coach didn't explain about the premove of the elbow

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks you so much, and yes the premove is so important to generate power 💯💪🏻

    • @randomname2299
      @randomname2299 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@BadmintonFamly the premove part is actually awesome, I thought I already understand the backhand after being able to clear back to back, but watching this open my eyes, why I realized that I kind of already did an unintentional version of it, but the period for it is too small which lead to me having to muscle through the backhand most of the time. Doing the premove deliberately makes everything much easier, comfortable and save so much energy. The fascinating part is my stroke looks almost the same with or without applying the premove, this really shows even if the movements look similar, the way we internally activate the muscles can make a huge different.

      dont follow this advise,because to much teory,,,it will make confuse for beginner,
      the backhand is movement of your wrist,it name supination,that's it,and ONLY THAT'S it,if you want backhand clear your wrist movement have stronger when you hit the shutle,,,,
      ONLY THAT'S IT,,,,NO NEEDED MUCH TEORY

    HI
    I live in London, and have been playing for many years. With the backhand it is very hard, If I send you a clip would you be kind enough to give me some feedback, please. Or can you help me find anyone in the UK who can help me?

  • @danc4835
    @danc4835 ปีที่แล้ว

    Very nice. I'm very comfortable using bevel grip. However some videos and including my coach suggests that I use panhandle for backhand. Can you please explain when to use panhandle grip

    • @BadmintonFamly
      @BadmintonFamly  ปีที่แล้ว

      Panhandle can be used under heavy pressure in the backhand slice, not in the clear, you need the thumb on the grip to generate power 💪🏻
