I was laughing at first on the disclaimer "not for under 14" but if I think about it it is one of the saddest result the new regulations can possibly achieve. Are we really supposed to hide these in a dark place away from children? I really hope that they will reconsider this before they kill off many new ideas and fun.
It's ridiculous lol without new kids getting into the hobby it will eventually die. Funny thing is there are kids under 14 in this video having a blast playing with an RC.

Unfortunately it will be, as all our rc channels will unless the videos are marked as made for kids, at the end of the day the guidelines behind coppa is far to wide and states if aimed towards children, and rc toys are definitely aimed at children, plus kev does show children in so many of his videos, honestly we are all stuffed unless fta change their guidelines, if we mark our videos as made for kids from the first on January we lose comments on our videos, they will also not be searchable and they will also receive 90% less ad revenue, ALL toy channels will be affected, As well as channels with kids in the videos and many many others too, there's a few TH-cam lawyer videos telling all we should know, I'll be doing a video on it soon, but go watch 'jangbrinks' video or 'Ian corzine' or 'derral eves' video, they explain it all, and to be honest we are all screwed..

Just mark them not safe for kids. You really think that parents and kids alike aren't going to just say they are over 14 and watch the videos anyway lol. I know I will still let my kids watch them...and I'm sure many others will as well. I'm sorry, but I can see how its good too....these ppl that make a better living playing with baby toys than I do proving a real life service is bullshit

I need parts for my AX10 Deadbolt a lot are discontinued like receiver box where can I get a compatible one and battery tray?????
I used a waterproof Traxxas rustler one mounted sideways at the rear of frame.. I would think that maybe an scx10 or scx10.2 tray would work for battery... you can also buy aftermarket.

@@fernandocabral6193 Sorry I don't, I sold the deadbolt a few weeks ago... It was sideways in between the rear body posts.. the 2wd slash, bandit rustler receiver box is ideal.. just drill holes in base to suit your framework.

Trx-4s are one of the best RC crawlers on the market, they are over engineered, so yeah they are better. The only reason that some people don’t like them is they are a bit more expensive

Only reason I’d get a red cat is for a crawlers but their bashers are really cheaply made, you get what you pay for. Put in the extra money for a tried and true truck and you’ll end up doing less repairs and using less time repairing down the line
