Is this Ruslands work your copying ? he may as well say copy my work cus its wrong!! I bet you never got this idea to work there might be a dam good reson for that!
Hi JB, sorry, no, no next part. I was tuning this setup for some time, but found no real interresting things to report. I lateron went on with using a nanopulser setup instead of the kacher also without any good results. Guess you can follow the link to the overunity forum below the video to see what happened next. Itsu
Well, there is the doubt if such a device really can selfrun in the first place, and then yes, there are many diagrams and circuits all with their own problems probably. But IF its possible to have it selfrun, then there is the problem of the correct tuning sequence and used frequencies and/or signals (pulsed, bursts, bidirectional, unidirectional etc.etc.). Itsu
You will need to measure voltage across the high current winding of the yoke to determine true resonance of the series LC. When in true resonance the voltage will be almost zero volts because it is series LC. Secondly, use a ferrite rod to tune the Kacher resonance to 26.2Khz resonance frequency. This is needed because right now all the Kacher is doing is making noise on the grenade sinus waveform. Once you match the frequency sinus you will start to see better results. Thanks. Chris
+endlessanalog Right, Series LC means minimum impedance at resonance, so maximum current and minimum voltage. The "natural" resonance of the Kacher is at 1.39MHz right now, with the ferrite rod i can lower it till about 600KHz, no more. So for it to run on 26Khz, i have to wind a new secondary with many turns (5000 i estimate) Thanks, Itsu
this guy endles is half right and no you dont have to rewind it use some caps on the katcher and grenade. So whats the upper limit of your push pull then ????
@@greywolf8931 Grey Wolf is right. I was only half right. The katcher doesn't even need to be in resonance. What is important is to have a enough high voltage potential for capacitive coupling to take place between your antenna coil, hi-current coil and output coil. Resonance of the Katcher is irrelevant. The other critical part is making sure that the high voltage from the katcher is represented as DC pulses that are fired within the positive half cycle of the push pull serial LC tank circuit. I hope this makes sense.

Hello Itsu,
I am very interested to see the result after you tune the cacher. Is there a next part of this video? Thanks.
Regards,
JB

itsusable thanks for the response. I'll try to visit the link soon.
I guess there are some error/mistake on most scheme found on the net.
