I once worked with Allen at another restaurant in El Paso, called Crave.....his nickname was, appropriately, Panda. this was a few years before he'd open Panda Burger. Even then, he was ALWAYS experimenting and coming up with the most ridiculous yet ridiculously delicious burgers in the world. He was easily the best cook in that kitchen. I'm happy to see how much of a success he's become with Panda Burger.... he's come a long way.

Been there based on the TX Bucket list on Biz. I fasted for 3 days prior. And pounded it in 13 minutes. It was AWESOME. Wish I would have taken the challenge. I did pick up the lunch tab for 3 soldiers while I was there.

I used to live in El Paso didn’t like the place much but loved the people and panda burger is one of the best restaurants hands down. Makes me want to go back. Good times.

Na hamburger inn #2 on mccarthy. 24hrs a day (christmas too) and dirt cheap. My dad used to go there. Look up the google reviews.
