You missed the best dish there the "Texas Philly". Back in the day when I was a teenager the restaurant used to be "Mr Cis' Subs" and you could buy the Texas Philly by the foot. My mother used to stop and get 6' sub and bring it home on Friday. What an awesome memory! Love Spankys
