I would love to have the actual architect take us on a tour in a future house. Would love to hear their thought process in the design.

Nice home. Wish the builder good luck on moving the home at that price.

A bit pricey for what you get but at least there is land this time... I am thinking it should be less money but I live in Atlanta so I really am not sure if people are purchasing homes at that price is normal in Tennessee. To me it has to come with more for 4 Million dollars although be it the land is a plus but its missing so much that I see in other pricey locations like California and New York.... out in the sub areas of New York.... Just saw a home in Vegas for around the same price and it was spectacular... and had all the things I expect this one to have for that price but NOPE.

All this new constructions in Nashville have something in common. White plaster with grey or black trim, and ridiculously overpriced.

A lot of builders are taking the contemporary route but some of these home have really amazing characteristics about them including location

What's the difference between a new build home and a new construction? Thanks.

This house is very nice, I just don’t get how the decor is so blah when you have a $4 mill home. I don’t get it, other than that the floor plan is very nive

4 million dollars for only 5 acres is ridiculous and too expensive.

I wish they'd get away from the modern, edgy building and do some rustic interiors. The homes are missing the warmth of wonderful, natural wood. Take out a few of the standard painted door and replace them with natural, thick slab barn doors with live edges and old barn hardware. Real wrought iron and not fake factory crap from Home Depot. A lot of the light fixtures are more art than function. If it does do it's job, it needs removed and replaced.

Homes are overpriced in Nashville. This home is in Franklin, TN and homes are more expensive than Nashville. A Nashville Native, and homes sales have decreased in Nashville, because increased interest rates, and recession.

You're not paying a huge amount for the home. You are paying for the Land and that IS a LOT of land for a single home that close to the city.

It looks like a condo complex. Bad exterior design.
