This appointment is “Make or Break” for Speakman, imo.
Done amazingly well in League 1 for us, some great signings were made. First season back in the championship was a massive overachievement, but the capitulation this season, the signings and sackings, they’ve eaten away at all the good favour he had.
I think this is why it’s taken so long to get a new HC in, he knows it’s his last shot at getting the fans back on side.
He can’t survive another bad appointment. And the level of hysteria over this next one has put so much more pressure on the manager I fear they almost cannot succeed unless we get off to an absolute flyer

Absolutely. If we want the best version of Pascal Jansen, he has to have the coaching staff he trusts and bring the best out of him. Otherwise it’s pointless
