I'd go wot 13.0...then check plugs if still too rich go up .2 increments...just slightly rich dark tan color for street driven is fine... The one thing I do not like about aftermarket fuel injection is the fact that it's not as well engineered/tuned to specific engines.. The OEM's have it down to a science all the modern injection cars I have worked on all have had precise fuel control when injector is rail and cylinder specific...not TBI which is just a bandaid in my opinion......in very few cases of rich fouling was not due to a injection fault... Usually a bad coil bad seals or rings... Even my son's EFI 88 302 cougar runs with precise fuel control and it runs speed density not mass air... Light tan color on the plugs.... Seeing that the NGKs are fouled as well proves that the autolites were not completely at fault looks like more tuning needs to be done with the fuel injection system..... Once close to what you want the plugs to look like you can still change the heat range of the plug to see if it helps...everything else is good right like it advances the timing as too slow an advance curve can foul plugs too.

Thanks Moparnut. I will try 13.0 WOT setting. I agree its not perfect, but seems to work well for me. TBI is no where near what direct port injection is and what the OEM's have.
