This is the first system I've seen that might actually work for me. So many YTers post things about their own specific lives instead of presenting a system that can be customized for each individual person. I really like how you've presented this, and I'm excited to get started. I've already created my wheel of life, set some goals, and I've started a chart for tracking my goal progressions for each quarter and 2 week period.
Love the strategy, applying it starting today! One tweak tho, is I will add a fourth category (intellect) in which its goals can be reading books and learning new skills.
This is a great way to combine sprints with personal goals, as a software dev I never thought of it! This is brilliant, will defiantly make a challenge where I try this out. Thank you Stefan 🙏🏼
Your channel is going to blow up soon if you keep producing quality videos like this! Great production value and stellar advice. I also think you have a very soothing voice which doesn't hurt. Cheers mate
If your work or career runs on 2 week sprints, do you think it is better to have your personal sprints start and end at the same time as well, or stagger them so one week you have review and retro and planning at work and the next week you do the same for your personal sprint?
Great question, I think that heavily depends on how comfortable you're feeling with batching that all into one day. My work sprints are running 3 weeks while I do 2 week personal ones so every 6 weeks they come on the same day. On those days the morning is pretty packed for me which can be a little bit draining. If you have the opportunity I would probably go and space them out so it gets a bit of a habit to change sprints on mondays.
By the way, what app are you using to display the text on the video? Also, could you share a tip on how you're capturing your tablet screen for the video?
I’m doing a screen capture on my iPad and add this in post. App wise I’m just doing the writing in the notes app and edit in davinci resolve. I’ll do a tutorial in the next couple of weeks as many people have already asked this question!
great video, great content. Your voice wasn't clear enough. i mean i could understand you. but it would be way better if you could make it more clear. the editing and lighting was awesome though.
@BodaciousWench I just turned the volume up. But. I just wanted to give him some feedback because everything else in his video was on another level except audio.
@@StefanKlinkhammer are you just using the mic from camera? De-esser on vocals, as your 's' sounds are very prominent. Love the video, message if you need a few pointers
I really like the quality of information you’re providing, but for a raising channel like yours lot of things need to be considered. I would like to see some of the key points in a short or as a teaser, then publishing a well edited episode is a good way to grow, keep up the good work
I do this with my iPad. I screen record the writing and add this whole video in davinci resolve afterwards. I might do a tutorial on this if that is of interest!
Use what works for you and forget the rest. If you like the model, use that and change the structure around it. For this example instead of sprints, work with pomodoro, restructure your surroundings, work with affirmations,.. Explore yourself. What is fun for you and explore that path. Don't walk someone elses path. Use only what works for you. 😊 all the best!

Loved the vid. I do monthly sprints but a weekly sprint is a great idea as it allows for corrections and growth. Tx for the info.
Very interesting. I have agile certifications for some reason hadn't crossed my mind to use it to organize my own goals!
