Good Morning Vincenzo! That little Ion pen looks pretty nice! Would have been even more interesting had it had a rose gold or copper plated nib! But the black nib is a nice contrast to the pen body. Thanks for showing us this one!
An interesting review of an interesting pen Vincenzo. A simple design with a faceted section to make it a little more interesting. I have plenty of pocket pens, the latest acquisition was a Gravitas Quark in stonewashed Zirconium - an awesome pen. I also have plenty of metal pens like the Kaweco Bronze sport, but my only Copper pen is the Modern Fuel Minimalist which I also got the longer body along with the shorter one. As for the converter, I've come to the conclusion that it's not even worth the effort to try an utilize that type with such a small capacity. If I can't eyedropper the pen, then I'll stick to refilling a cartridge.
That's a real nice pen. The etching kicks it up a notch; design wise and comfort grip wise. That Taccia Golden Wheat is amazing, and that broad nib allows it to shine. I'm impressed.
Vincenzo, I have had good luck just using a syringe to fill up the converter, I know it adds a step in filling, but the results are usually a very full converter and a quick clean up of the syringe. As of now I just looked it up on their sight and it is not available, they have a tungsten and copper model and an black anodized model available. I also noticed they have custom nib grinds for $40.00 USD. Now I am thinking a black one with an architect grind might be in my future. I also love the presentation wood box and the pen sleeve. You don't get that from many manufactures at this price point.
It is a really nice looking pen. It is a bit thin for my hand. I am surprised at the weight of the pen but copper is not light. I have the same issue with the Kaweco Sport. The section is just too thin for me. But overall it is a nice pen and worthy of consideration is only it was a bit larger in girth. Thank you for your review.
I took a look at the Lotus site; quite something. - Take it for what it's worth; I fill all my pens with a syringe. Just fill the converter with the syringe, replace the converter, then prime the feed and nib, remove the converter and top it up. No mess, no cleaning the nib and feed, no inky fingers. Ready to go. Of course, one does have to clean out the syringe after; easy. Also allows one to use the very last droop in the ink bottle!
I hate pocket pens, but if they make a full size version of this they'll have my attention. On the other side of the spectrum, you may request one of their carbon fiber pens to review, I'd gladly buy one of those too 😬
Not a brand I’m familiar with. At 60gm it’s just the sort of hefty copper pocket pen I like. I’d probably go for cartridges which I can fill with a syringe.
Yeah, just before you said It, I was thinking this thing could be used as a projectile weapon. I feel sorry to see your hands shake during your writing samples.
Oh how nice and positive are your reviews! I stumbled upon your channel today and going one video after another.. well done sir.. 👏

It really does look great!
I remember Majohn once copy a Lotus, that was the first time i heard of its 3 inch cap
Beautiful pen, reminds me of a cross between the MUJI and Kaweco Liliput
Good observation

You’re absolutely right I don’t use that method often enough
Quite tempting, as I have been looking for a smooth copper pen. Let's see if I can scrounge up $110...
Thanks for the show.
Actually the cheapest pen they have.
@@ichirofakenamegood to know thanks
It is a really nice pen

You should check out the lotus wave with carved black ebonite check out my review. It’s a really nice pen.
I LOVE MY LOTUS PENS !!! MUCH BETTER THAN LEONARDO PENS !!! 💥💥💥

Check out their website they have some beautiful offerings
What a bummer to see that even small independent pen makers models in this case elbwood's pen design is blaitantly copied. But nice review
Interesting comment I was not aware of that

Don’t worry about my tremor nothing serious. I’ve had it for decades. It’s actually much better now that I’m actively journalIng and using pens.
