    In my point of view, I would say it is vital lessons that I have never seen for the other teachers who taught and I advise for the English learns to follow this beloved teacher. to be honest, he elaborated me more about simple sentence, compound and complex sentence. in addition , I would like to request to support us speaking parts.     I know I'm 7 years late but can I get a reply on a question I have? can we use "," instead of semi colon ";" in the employee motivation example.
    is saying " employee motivation is a complicated job for managers, there are many different approaches to motivating staff members." still grammatically correct although I have used comma instead of semi colon?
