@@mumedmaster there's this funny guy that shows you how to use desmos for the most part and it makes it so easy just search for "SAT math desmos guide"
@@mumedmaster What the other guy said. If you're scoring around 650, you should have your concepts down. You need to work on your speed, and desmos is your best friend in that regard.
3:11 It's easier for me to understand it when you explain that there should always be a full sentence to the left of the colon (or dash), and whatever comes after the colon doesn't really matter as long as it relates to the left side of the colon.
W video overall, but I want to clarify a bit about the dependent clauses section (5:40). The sentence structure here is that there is one independent clause and one dependent clause, but which one is which matters in deciding if there should be punctuation. In the example, Rishab misidentifies "It has buildings from many different eras." as the dependent clause when it is actually the independent clause. "It has buildings from many different eras." could be a sentence by itself. "Because London is a very old city," however, couldn't be its own sentence. We put a comma between the two clauses because the dependent clause is first. If we reversed the order of the clauses and said "London has buildings from many different eras because it is a very old city." We wouldn't put a comma between the two clauses. Correct: Because London is a very old city, it has buildings from many different eras. London has buildings from many different eras because it is a very old city. Incorrect: Because London is a very old city it has buildings from many different eras. London has buildings from many different eras, because it is a very old city. So, be sure to identify which clause is which before deciding if there should be a comma.
