😷 Hello Chad & Jolene and Aidyn. I hope that you all have a great Sunday funday .I am learning so much from watching your show so i went and bought a 1941 Oldsmoble two door to try to fix up. Thank you for showing us how to fix cars.
Love these videos chad you are so transparent with the good stuff and do not click bait or edit extra work you only learn from mistakes and make the next job easier or even better this is better than discovery channel could ever show plus you don’t have to wait a week for the next edited instalment! Keep up the great content love to see a video on jolene’s 300 that is sweet! Plus a cheeky drag race 1 day against aidyns scoob
Good evening everyone hope your all having a wonderful weekend and thank you for sharing your knowledge chad it’s so amazing seeing these because not many people would take the time to
Started in the 70s doing rust repair, always learn something by watching other peoples methods, everyone has something to help you be better at your repair. Nice job, Thanks
You cant help but learn from this man if your willing to watch and list,Bad Chad would be the best of the best Teachers,Thank you for sharing your SKILLS THEY ARE SECOND TO NONE.
I'm looking forward to patching the four fenders on my 1952 Ford F1. Same exact fenders and problems. Cab corners, running boards, and bed sides too. Taking from this video and some from Fitzee's Fabrication and combining them. Thank you for another school day!
I like the way you repaired it in real time , no fake editing . Some videos on TH-cam take 5-6 hours to do the same repair bit make it seem like it only took 30 minutes
Excellent video…my mind tricked me into believing I was right there…you know that characteristic welding smell. Thanks guys for once again being true to you and saying as it is
im haveing a good time learning to weld from chad i have bought a cheap harbor freight welder im scared to weld but watching chad weld is starting to give me some confidence when i start welding im not sure at this time but now i wlll in the near future
Another great lesson from the master. At my age I wish I had all this knowledge and help when I was a younger man. My body work back then was very crude and I could have had tips from Chad back then. Bill
Another great instructional and entertaining video. Simple is better, I don't have a bunch of fancy sheetmetal tools, you make it clear there not necessary to fab basic panels, although i am still intimidated with doing a wheel well by hand.
Chad, I'm just a hobbiest that paints about a car a year but I was thinking about your featherfill rocking up on you yesterday and think you might like this... I purchased the 3M Accuspray gun for my last paint job. It has 5 different heads for it. Don't quote me on the sizes but I think they are 1.3,1.4,1.1.2, 1.7 and 2.0 mm. The heads can paint 5-10 cars and snap on and off the gun. Only the last 1/4" of the fluid nozzle needs to be cleaned off. The heads flush out in a few seconds by pouring reducer into them. Best part is replacement heads are about $6 each in a 4 pack! Also they use the 3M quick change cup system (don't recall the name) so you can fill each one and have it in the booth with you and just do a quarter turn off and quarter turn on and you are ready to paint. Keeps from having a large volume getting hot and gelling up. With the larger heads you can get a better pattern with heavy primers. The cups are really spendy however, I find knock-off cups on amazon for real cheap. The cups also have a filter in the lid so no need to strain the paint as you fill the cups. Have a great day.
Just thought I would say thanks for the way you worked through these rust repair videos on the ford I happen to have an F1 and I just used what you did today and it helped me a lot. I’m not a body guy but it turned out pretty good to me.
Great how to video for those that are unskilled to learn from, keep up the good work Brad and Jolene I watch every day and although having 35 plus years in the industry I have learnt some easier tips from some past videos but like any trade you never stop learning
Truth.....more schooling today....great job Chad showing the basics. I really like those new glasses you are wearing, I need to find those large lenses.
Soooo cool man! Thanks ! without any crappy stress music. no small mistakes were cut out either. now I understand it quite easily, thanks for this great video, one of the very few videos that I don't skip, every piece of information is valuable, unfortunately I have to google some words again because my English isn't sufficient 😂 best regards from Cologne / Germany
I'm gonna be honest didnt really care for your vidoes at first but now I realize I was blind to what you have going on here man...very impressed with your work and vidoes...keep up the good work chad...
Chadi I was a body and fender man we didn't have metal breaks or stretchers, we had metal files pecking hammers dollies, and lead we tinned the metal and filed the lead to the shape we needed, today it's called mud dobbers fill it full of mud and grind and sand it to the shape you need, you were still shitting yellow when I was doing body and fender. I love your videos tho and enjoy watching them but I had to be honest about a body man and a mud dobber
Nice repair. I did the same repair on several fenders a while back. When I see others use the same method it sure gives me more confidence that I'm doing it "close to right" anyway.
Had to do the same thing to my 51 Mercury I had. If there are running boards that you are attaching to, you have to run a 16 gauge backing plate behind that area or you will round out the holes over time. Nice work 👍🏻
Great content, super filming Jolene. I really enjoy the videos, wished they hadn’t these back in the early seventies, especially with someone like you to instruct and show the different ways can be done and how to take a new approach on building without restrictions. I get excited on all your projects, keep up the great work and insight. Your videos is my fix, I’m 75 yrs old and not able to do these things so continue to give me my fix about cars.

This will be right up my ally as far as needing to learn. Got plenty of rust holes to fix and not alot of knowledge or tooling to fix them with.
Will be very helpful to see how Chad fixes this badly rusted fender. Chad and Jolene always provide great information. Many Thanks!
Thank you again for taking me to class.
Thank you for showing all of it not just a quick overview.
This must be one of the best learning channels for veteran cars ever. Just love it! 👍 And what i love more is; "this is how i do it" 🙌👌
Loved the fender repair,awsome work!!
