I check my bank account daily because I like to make sure my transactions go through but checking investments every day would stress me out. My portfolio has changed so much this past month (namely due to the elections) that checking every day would have me incredibly anxious
I like checking daily especially when the market is up. When it’s not doing well, i don’t check as often but that’s when I buy. My pandemic purchases like NVDIA has done very well.
You mentioned the strategy where the lesser earning spouse files for Social Security first while other spouse waits until 70. But, I think the higher earner may also be able to file for spousal benefit during this interim period..
I enjoy looking at my accounts daily! How else will I be able to take advantage of opportunities that show themselves? What is a brokerage account for if not to fiddle with as a hobby 😂 It’s all personal
Buying the dip can be somehow automated with buy limit orders , when you can set up for equities/indexes desired limit prices and the corresponding quantities for those price levels. If the limit buy orders are not executed the manual once per month DCA purchase can be done.
A wise word is to hedge on mutual funds and bonds during the investing process: because when markets flux downward you can liquidate the mutual funds and bonds this way you've set aside margin for the 72hour gauge just so you don't buy in on a market scare; after 72 hours you can see if the whole market gets impacted hope it helps

I only check my investment accounts if the market is up at least .5%. Mental win for me I guess
Rebie is the best. I miss her on the show today. I always enjoy her contributions.
Emotional damage!! 😂
The invasive species bit was hilarious. Poor bo. Taking it like a champ though!

I check mine multiple times a day! But I usually don’t get emotionally involved - sometimes.
Stock junkie
I’m curious as to why you’re checking it multiple times daily?
@ because I may buy or sell something.
Is there a topic that Bo isn’t “so excited to talk about”? 😂
His mustache 👨🏼

Depends on who HAS to handle the shipping of the tumblers. Feels like Bo just volunteered to cover if it was Rebie's task ;)
I buy weekly- but I have it on auto.
I buy every day because then I don't have to worry about checking or "missing" a -2%+ day and I actually look at my account less because of it.

I read that hsa had to be liquidated immediately on inheritance of non spouse
I sold my Nvidia position about 10 years ago. Truth 🤦🏻♂️ lol, I’m ABB now and don’t sell.
Hahaha thanks guys, I want a tumbler/coozie
Brian, leave Bo's stache alone! 😂
I check my portfolios multiple times a day.
I am kind of excited to see a big drop in the market ive never been through it yet. How long do bear markets last for ?
I believe the average is 18 months but it could last 15 years also, so careful what you wish for.

You should still invest outside of these options just don't forget to get some principle going towards these ventures for when the winds shift
❤❤❤
How can I ask my question to them? Only on their livestream?
Yes
Im in Las Vegas and they start at 8am
Brian (undisputed tangent king) vs Neil Degrasse Tyson (undisputed toe-stepping king)...who wins? And how long doe it go on for? I'm taking bets😂
I only look at my account when the market is up.
But why skip discounted goods when the markets flux down???
@ashtonpriestley3173 I have automatic biweekly investment. I just only check the account when it's up.
Is this like a 401k or a personally funded retirement account
I check my investments daily because I’m selling options daily.
Prefer the beard, definitely didn't like the mustache though
WAY better show just the 2 of you....
