I GOT THE ROLE ! How do you resolve conflict was a question that came up during a recent interview? I had prepared for the question with Amri’s video, so I articulated my response with confidence. A week later, the employer offered me the role. Thank you so much Amri.
Congratulations Fisseha! Thank you for sharing that with me, really well done for all the prep and practice you put in to display that confidence during your interview - I hope you enjoy your new role! :)
My response before this video was elementary at best, I was so nervous. Thank you for this! I have an interview coming up on Wednesday, will be implementing your recommendations.
@Amri Great answer with a real life scenario.. just brilliant.. already I had hit the subscribe button 🔘 to your channel.. great work.. keep it going 💯
I love this video and it would be helpful if you had a list in your description of the top 6 items you referred too! There are a lot of great points in your video and I had to go back multiple times to grab what I needed for my upcoming interview!
Ahh yes, this one popped up in my Behavioral Data Analyst interview.. “how did you step in and dissolve a difficult customer situation as a manager/leader?”
I resigned from my previous company bcs of verbal harrasment I can't tolerate anymore. Sometimes I got confused when HR asks my reasons of leave. What's the best answer for this question?
What about those of us who have not had "conflict" as defined in this video? I've had minor issues with coworkers, most of which could just be ignored but nothing major.
You could consider other ways that you may have been involved with a serious disagreement, for example resolving conflict by helping other coworkers to resolve conflict, or a conflict from your personal life that you resolved.
Hi Amri, your videos are so helpful.Thank you. Could you help me of this question I gave interview to hiring manager for hr assistant and I moved to second round so now hr has set interview to take second round for 15 minutes. Now I have a question what she will going to ask?
This is tricky to answer without knowing your individual career inspiration but essentially they are asking what are your long term career plans, what position do you see yourself in long term and what prompted you to interview for that role, how does it fit, so you would need to take some to thinnk about what your individual long term plans are and share honestly with the interviewer.

Question: if you lack work experience but have experience with conflict ho can you use n example to demonstrate how it can be transfer to employment.

Yes, the reality is conflict doesn't happen neatly as laid out. The answer as given sounds made up and dishonest.

I hope I would've to be given one copy
I had given an interview & 10 days later i send an follow-up mail, i got a reply to it saying "HR will reach you" what does it mean??
This most likley means that Human Resources will be in touch at some point, but best to respond and ask them for clarification.
lack of a team player and slowing down others due to your lazy tactics.
will lead to getting fired.
