    Thanks for sharing the video. The topic on conflict in the team has been dumbed down with majority of the real industry scenarios. A must watch video for candidates new to project management role and is also a good refresher for the veteran project managers/ scrum master.

    Hi Saket, great explanation. With help of 6 examples shared by you I identified many conflicts which I see in my day to day professional field but was not aware that those could be shared as conflict management. Please create take following topics as well- 1. How to manage quality in your projects and 2. how to perform risk assessment with real time examples. Thanks.

    If stakeholder wanted requirement to be completed urgently in the current iteration and team didn't had the capacity and budget, can we highlight it as conflict between stakeholder and team which obviously can be resolved in various ways.

      @izenbridge  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Its a conflict and we need to bring somewhere the PO or person who manage the priority in between, and yes we can focus on resolving it with open conversation, just ensure this conflict does not last for long because such things needs to be closed soon to ensure we remain focused on sprint. Another is some people are too sensitive to not to change goal or direction of sprint, so make sure you do not get in conversation of this is not right etc in the interview.

    Please rename the video name from "mastering conflicts" to "Mastering conflicts management". Mastering conflicts may give a wrong perspective.
