I agree completely most people think that yoga is just hata yoga ... wich gives you a phisical benefit but the 10 priciples of yama and nyama give you some much greatest power
Hello Dada! Im here to develop and be a better human being, your videos are beyond inspirational. I will start with the video of Ahimsa now and for this next half of the year 2024 I'm going to take serious these principles, meditation, exercises and try to be the best version of me I can possible be. Thank you for the inspiration! Namaskar :)
Hello Dada, thank you so much for your words, your beautiful russian accent in english. I adore hearing you, i discovered you last week after asking the divinity for help. I have been heard :)
Dada, Im watching this in 2021, this path is beautiful and you are helping me a lot through it! Best Sadhana channel I have found so far... Thank you very much!
I started guided meditation not long ago, and I feel that things have changed, not around me but within me. I feel more calm and less stressed, although I get caught up in the daily life routines and happenings. I think I need to work more on that, I was tempted to try TM, but for the moment I can't, therefore I try videos on youtube and some other apps. Thank you!
Yeah, thank you, I'm following your channel, I already subscribed. I really like your explanations. I find it very challenging, because in the beginning It seemed that it was working, now it is kind of more difficult, I don't know why, but as you said in the other video, I try to focus on my breath. My other problem is that when I listen to the guided ones - especially the ones with the music - I tend to fall asleep :(. I guess it is because I listen to them before sleep.
Thank you, Dada. I've met you on russian channel, and its very exiting to listen your inspiration in different language. Like reading good book from time to time: you always find something new while progressing. Thank ypu for what you doing for us.
Looking forward to this new series. It's a beautiful initiative, thank you for all your efforts. I hope you are not too cold sitting outside in Russian wintertime!
Yes, it is quite cold, -15-20. But the nature there is so beautiful and it inspires me somehow. Indoors i do not find the same inspiration, so i learn to surmount the initial tremor and speak.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Roger Jesus thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Thank you Dada, this was very inspiring! I've recently discovered your channel and am gradually watching all your videos. You have a wonderfully steady, clear way of explaining these concepts. BNK
Dada,Thank you .i feel great peace when I listen to you.I live in Lucknow. I grew up in Calcutta, but my Bengali is not very good.i wish there was some place in Lucknow where I could attend Satsang.

I do not know him personally, but perhaps you can try to contact and find out if they have a collective functions and satsanga, his number is 05222308874

seeking enlightenment sounds to me a lot like plato's cave; the master or dependency illuminates in the darkness and creates light which creates shadow to chase after.
Perhaps, both words are correct in this context. Effective is the person who is able to produce a certain effect by its activity. Efficient is the person who works in a well organized and competent way.
For those who would like a book explaining in details the same points (for yourselves or to share with others), you can get the book 'Yogic Ethics for a Balanced Mind: Yama Niyama' from almost all online bookstores around the world :) Here is the link for Amazon US: www.amazon.com/Yogic-Ethics-Balanced-Mind-Niyama/dp/0473487543/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=yama+niyama&qid=1567459719&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Namaskar Dada!!like usually I start my day watching ,more lissening,yr precious videos..but,sorry I don't want to stalk u😊,is there any possibility to meet u (seminary or other)somewhere? Thankful for yr kindness Have good days Ranjita lorenza
Yoga is the way of discipline. it is not the only way, there are many other ways leading to the same goal. Yoga, as the right path, is for far less percentage of people than yoga practitioners of today. Yoga is kind of simple, maybe that is why it has such an appeal. do this, don't do this and this will be an outcome. it is almost like mathematics if you follow Patanjali. simple doesn't mean easy. i like your setting. and even more, i like the fact that you are the part of the setting. i might doubt your takes on Yoga, as i probably will, (sorry in advance) , but i will never doubt that you are one with the place, with snow and trees and it is a calming feeling because i know that anything you say will not be harmful. see? i could stop you right there because mind and meditation have nothing to do with each other. they have never met. but it is ok, go on, mostly it is not about if what it is said is right or wrong,, mostly it is where it is coming from. plus the context. we can give only that what we have. sadly, "we can" is false. we are giving that what we have is correct. why sadly? because it is not really our choice. it is not even Buddha's choice. he can't give you hate, because he doesn't have it. he can provoke it all right if it is in you, but what he can give is only what he has. and what he has is nothing, therefore he can give you everything. even hate? yeah, sort of... it's complicated. hahaha, if you can't summarise it in 1-2-3 words, you are not doing a good job my friend. hint: Ishwara Pranidhana: "connecting with the Source" or " upward anchor". explanations are all good and well, but the keywords are the keys.
I agree completely most people think that yoga is just hata yoga ... wich gives you a phisical benefit but the 10 priciples of yama and nyama give you some much greatest power

Hello brother, the English word to use here is “effective” rather than efficient. Please correct me if I am wrong but I think it’s what you mean.
Perhaps, both words are correct in this context.
Effective is the person who is able to produce a certain effect by its activity.
Efficient is the person who works in a well organized and competent way.

You are welcome to come to any of our retreats in Russia. We are near the city of Barnaul.
Namaskaram sir,
when he says conscience ...does he mean consciousness?
I mean conscience, the voice of the heart, intuition, the ability to discern right and wrong.
Hello Dearest Monk Dada, may I please send you a private message? I have several personal questions for you. Thanks in advance!!
