And the most important aspect in the process of development of Ajina Cakra is an effort to attain the state of perfect balance between introversial and extroversial movements of the mind. Ours should be subjective approach through objective adjustment. We need to do concentrated effort for the liberation of the spirit and at the same time constantly strive to uplift the society we live in, to serve humanity and care for all beings.

what do you mean by introversial and extroversial movement of the mind? Thank you dada!

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF INTROVERSIAL AND EXTROVERSIAL MOVEMENTS OF THE MIND? Thank you :-)

@@jennitsu12, my Understanding for your Question is Answered by the Concept of Subjective Approach and Objective Adjustment. Subjective Approach is the Introversial Aspect of Mind Action - it is Mind Activities to Understand Who we are - Internally. Objective Adjustment means an Extroversial Movements of Mind, as in What We Choose as Work or Service! BNK

@@jennitsu12 introversial is focused inwards (to depth of Self/ Truth Identity/ Consciousness) and by extroversial he refers to outward focus of the mind - that is towards the world.

"The mind grows in complexity... from chakra to chakra..." you opened with this. I had just written earlier today, in my journal, that the higher the chakra activated,, the higher the intelligence, that each chakra added a new layer of inner intelligence, data handling/processing, and thus more 'light' (since light is the quanta that carries units of information,). then you open your video with this same statement. I feel so connected to our ONE existence when sychchronicities like this occur. the videos are wonderful, thank you so much!

This was a wonderful video, as are all of them. Your voice alone keeps me interested. But your voice combined with my favorite subjects, what a gift! I was wondering if you could please do a video going in depth about Kundalini. Thank you so much, Dada, for your Dharmic gifts ☺️

Thank you very much for your comments. Yes, i will make a video on kundalini, some time later, now need to finish up yama and niyama course. So maybe in 1-2 months it will be released. I always appreciate when the subscribers suggest the topics they are interested to listen to.

I am Indian and I cannot read or understand Sanskrit because i am not born in India and went to English school, and i know how to speak Hindu fluently, but i cannot read. All the English texts i have read so far about chakras, are so complex to understand and i haven't been able to meet my guru. Maybe I am not ready, so since I am not ready, the teacher hasn't appeared. So, for now, I must say that the explanations that this Russian gentleman is giving are so easy to understand and absorb. Thank you for your help. What is your name sir ??

with the Vishudhi there is the first stage of contraction, but it manifests as an expansion. with Agnja there is pure contraction. inward remain inward. spiritual powers of Vishudhi are manifested in the outside world and it requires interaction, spiritual knowledge can be expressed in the outside world, but it remains untouched by the outside world. you say meditation? no. meditation techniques - yes. concentration is the food for Vishudhi, meditation techniques is the food for Agnja. when Dyana happens, when Meditation happens, you are on your way to Sahasrara. you can not do it. there is no method, no tantra, but it can and it will happen if you prepare the ground properly. and wait.
