For the bloodfeind spear best place to farm it is the blood cave with the bloodfeind boss. Imwas trying to farm f5the arm and got like 13 spears there. Use the sacred order sword (its not just for killing albuinoracks) and just send a bunch of waves when you hit the bloody pool area. Then return to grace and repeat. Its a short run with a bunch of enemies there.
I used the light spear to create a super fun Valkyrie build. Use the aspect of the crucible: wings ash of war and a small shield like gilded iron or riveted, or a medium shield like the round shield or large leather
Keep thinking about doing ancient meteoric greatsword, i've been running all of DLC so far with greatsword of solitude, and been feeling like switching it up before the last half.
Statistically, the Lizard Greatsword may actually be the best overall +25 greatsword in the game. It's the second highest total AR or so and 2.5 pounds lighter than the Iron Greatsword (which has slightly higher AR, but is harder to get and weighs 12), and while I haven't compared its range to the others, the special strong attack is a mid-ranged projectile with multiple hits built in. Every hit of the projectiles applies status from your infusions at a very respectable pace. It can also take advantage of the poise buff from using Carian Sovereignty with a greatsword and has extremely low requirements despite its top tier scaling outpacing almost every other +25 Greatsword in the base game. Rotten Winged Sword and Godskin on a greatsword build? Yup. Lord of Blood... on a greatsword? If you like. Long ranged projectile pokes for flying enemies, invaders, and so on? You bet. And you get to have hyper armor Carian Sovereignty on a cold infuse if you feel like being a magic knight. Also it looks like a statue of a giant barbecued lizard on a stick. It's incredible.
Watching these before buying so I know what fun new stuff I wanna use when I get it since I’m on ng9 and know I’m gonna need the big guns to survive right away
