Using your logic, whenever you bet the turn out of position, you’re always bluffing/semi bluffing, then the villain just has to raise and you will have to fold. You have to choose the right spots to play pot control. Which is not the case, specially against an opponent like robl and with that stack

i will never forget seeing on TV, Robl at Aussie's PLO table, running 4 times a mediocre hand and won all 4 runs. He's just a lucky guy

You need to specify No Limit Hold'em. Because there is many variations of poker and Robl does not play in the mix games.
