nice home.. looks cousy. I also have flat in nikoo 2 . I guess you are staying there for few monts now. One question, Do you face mosuito at that hight ? as I don't see mosquito net at window.
Also what about broadband connection?
Yes , even if you go to 33rd floor you will find mosquitoes, it’s strange

Any issues with water leaks, parking flooding like nikoo 1 at all? Have most of these been addressed in nikoo 2?
Not yet Nikoo2 also facing similar issue , last week First floor also flooded due to plumbing issue

I am planning to invest in Nikoo homes 4 and just wanted your feedback on the construction quality of Nikoo homes 2. I have heard a lot of complaints from Nikoo homes 1 about the build quality of the apartment and leakages, have you experienced any issues with your apartment till now and will you recommend investing in Nikoo homes 4 ?
Nikoo2 is better than Nikoo1 in construction quality. Hopefully Nikoo4 would much better!
