How has your experience been so far? have there been any plumbing or water leak issues with nikoo 2?
Hello Karthik..
We live in phase 1..here the maintenence is not upto the mark..there are leakages in basement..but nothing major..
It's not that we are effected too much by these minor issues in our day to day life..
Beside these, the ambience, peace, quality of the structure itself is good..
Again, phase 2 might have lesser issues than phase 1 and plus the maintenence is also better is what I have heard..
Overall I love this place 💕

The windows, doors or even the sliding doors are imported from Europe and the structure is heavy and solid..
What's the sq.foot of each room? And each floor?
Hi...just saw ua vedio today ... Duplex looks awesome with good interior ..me too staying in nikoo1 .. we too really liked this place a lot ..planning to invest in 3bhk duplex ..but ws confused to invest on flat here ..rt now in 3 bhk ..by seeing ua vedio really got impressed ...love to cm n see ua interior once wn v become frns 😊 iam staying in T1 ... we are planning to buy 3bhk in nikoo phase 4.
i am seeing so many complaints regarding bharatiya city like, water seeping through ceiling, water flooding into basement, drainage issues, power issues.
just wanted to know if you people are facing this issues? are these issues still not resolved..? can we go ahead and book the apartment.

We are living here from almost 2.5 years now..we love the place and environment..
There isn't any water issue..
But yes, there is some water floods in the basement..overall I would say that the issues are minor this would be there in every other place..
I personally would recommend this place 🥰

We live in Bangalore. Here the houses are a bit small. Larger houses are expensive and for three of us it's more than enough.

Last time I asked about my baby, i.e my baby is premature, his neck not stable n he is seven months antha, so u told to consult developmental pediatrician for physiotherapy... But I didn't consult... But now my baby neck is getting stable day by day... And he is rolling over once in day .. and he is trying lot to roll over n he will try to move forward, he is very active and healthy... Now he is growing well... Slowly achieving milestones... Is it necessary to Consult Dr... Please reply
