But... is it REALLY SO CHEAP as many bloggers claim?
In this video I will briefly explain how much you should plan to invest at it's minimum to buy a house with land in Ukrainian village.

People asking your help that takes a lot of time should consider the cost and be compensating you per agreement.

Actually not many things to ship from abroad. I know several men who came with only one suitcase and live in Ukraine even now (they came back to Ukraine in 2023 after they left in February 2022). Everything can be bought here and in fact, you don't need as many things as you have at home 😉

Interesting content, as always. For about a year or so before 24th February, I had been researching the potential of buying properties in Ukraine - perhaps a small city flat and a village bolt-hole, in anticipation of my retirement. Those £5-10k village houses with a bit of land are indeed very tempting, but of course that there would have to be quite a bit of further investment, gas/water, bathrooms and kitchens etc. Clearly, the time of someone to assist in all this has to be payed for - to assume otherwise just goes to show what dream worlds some people live in.
I still intend on visiting Ukraine, probably about this time next year, and taking some time to have a look about. A rough idea as to what sort of costs are likely over and above the purchase price - consultation/legal fees, taxes etc, would be good to have in any future videos.

I was about to buy a property in Ukraine about 55km south east of Kyiv. I already knew that just for the house, document checking, noterity, etc I was expecting to pay £10k. But as far as I am aware the house I was going to buy is no longer in one piece. Rebuilding and upgrading I had ear marked £40k. I had done my homework and spent months dinging staff out like getting a Tax ID, bank account, government taxes and all the stuff I guess one would need as a foreigner moving to Ukraine.
That's not a problem and once you are redy to start investigating investing in Ukraine, I think we will be able to help 😉
What about if we wait for the war yo end.
if you by now it will be 50/50 chance if you buy the end of the war the price is going to go up
I don't think these cheap village houses will change in price much in the coming years.
I would 100% wait until everything is settled down and would not invest anything at this moment.

I'm sorry but are you okay... I went to Ukraine and buy a property for $1,500 I needed to translate my passport into the language and get a tax ID to be able to buy a property in Ukraine and for the notary I needed to pay $500 and the tax fee included and I did that less than 2 weeks SO if anybody needs help I will do it for free

@@UkraineScamExpert The thing that I'm trying to do is to buy property and then build a $3,000 house and put some Refugee in it if they want to pay for rent they can pay if they don't have money they can stay there for free The place that I bought this property is in Yahotyn Яготин so How can I show you the documents that notary gave me I don't know how I can show you that
@@fasolacork There's another TH-camr who's doing the same thing but she's trying to help the refugees so I went over there I was trying to buy another property because I'm from USA I couldn't buy the property that I wanted because in Ukraine they do not let you buy certain properties so I was with the mother of the TH-camr and she had a property there so I bought that one instead so the thing that I want to do is buy cheap properties build a cheap house and put refugees in it if they want to pay rent they can if they don't have money they can live there for free

Not even talking about the fact you can't wear a watch in public, but its the state that wants to take everything from us. Turning the place into a surveillance state, trying to prevent freedom of movement and after that control of your money.
