  • Just a quick look at the training metrics of Renaissance Periodization's powerlifting templates. This just looks at it from the perspective of intensity, volume, and exertion over time.
    These training metrics were compiled using the @MarkFails plugin template. These plugins are available free for you to analyze your own training or build out up to 13 weeks of training. There are two versions accommodating several styles of programming.

    I have been sleeping on Powerlifting, it's not as easy to transfer skills fro. Trying to be a bodybuilder to this but I'll get there. Great video and I will subscribe and show support!

    Hey man good video 👍 do you know how to set the 1RM figures on this programme? At the start I assume you would put in your latest 1RM, but as you progress through the programme I assume you'd get stronger, and also you're target 1RM at the end of the programme would be higher than the initial. I guess I question is when and how are you supposed to update the 1RM figures in the sheet?
