The cola he used it called the "crit a cola". it provides mini crits (a little more damage + getting rid of damage fallop) at the cost being marked for death (having a marker above your head and taking minicrits yourself) theres also another cola called the "bonk! atomic punch" which grants 8 seconds of invincibility, similar to an ubercharge, although with the downside of not being able to shoot during it.
Also during BONK if you would take damage instead it gets added up and upon the effect running out you get slowness based on the damage you would've taken during the BONK.
Depends on the situation, I never see myself using Crit-o-cola due to the downsides, the Bonk is useful for certain situations such as body blocking without dying or distracting a sentry.@@formattedorc
The soda he drank is called the Crit-a-Cola and gives you guaranteed mini-crits for a few seconds. The big downside is after those few seconds are up, you receive mini-crits for a few seconds meaning you'll die a lot faster. There's another soda called the Bonk! Atomic Punch which makes you invulnerable for a few seconds but you still take knockback and you cannot attack. Also after those few seconds are up, you are significantly slowed down. They both recharge so you don't have to go back to spawn to get another one. Hope this helped and have fun!
With the force of nature you can shoot while in the air at the ground to get more high. There is another weapon which is a melee called: "The Atomizer" Which grants you a triple jump on active. About the Cola you were wondering. It gives you mini crits that do 1.5x damage. To all enemy's. But the downside is that you will also take 1.5x Damage so its risky.
I like the strategy that you are currently doing, most TH-camrs just finish one of related series first. But you spread them instead just uploading the next episode of the series making the viewers get excited what you Will upload next waiting for their fav vids to show up
Scout has some drink items that gives home passive booste like dealing mini Crits which is more dmg and invincibility but you can’t attack while it’s active
Shooting the ground for a boost is good, but the Soda Popper he mentioned gives you an ability after dealing enough damage that gives six jumps for a while so if you occasionally need a boost the soda popper is still arguably better
@@nosu5530 I figured it was only bounded by the effect duration. And the point isn't that it's meta defining, it's just that it's also better movement.
Scout has a lot of weapon options. The soda he drank is one of 2 drinkable items in his toolkit. That particular one was the Crit-A-Cola. It lets scout deal mini-crits for a duration of time. The drawback being the time it takes to drink it and that it leaves scout vulnerable to take mini-crit damage from everyone else too. The other drinkable soda is the Bonk Energy Drink. It allows him to surpass the limitations of the material plane and become invulnerable to damage for several seconds presumably due to being able to move faster than anyone can comprehend. But he cannot attack or do anything beyond run and jump for the duration. Those "combos" were mostly just jokes as sarcasm too btw. When it comes to the marketplace, some things to know. When the first cosmetic hats were put into the game there were 2 ways to get them. 1, play for hours on end and hope that one of the random item drops you got from playtime would be a hat, or 2, craft together all the unwanted weapon items into scrap and refine that into a hat. These items were also not tradeable so you were basically just doing it for added flavor. However, there came an update to allow for trading and with it came Mann Co. crates. These crates dropped randomly and could be opened with a key that cost around $2.50 from the newly made in game store. Opening a crate had an opportunity to have a strange weapon inside that would keep track of a players kills, a hat, or, in exceedingly rare cases an unusual hat with a cool glowy or particle effect on it. A secondary market bloomed and TF2 developed an economy unto itself with a lot of real world money in the mix. Third party sites like market.tf popped up to cater to more discerning traders who didn't want to split the money from their sales with steam and have the funds locked into a steam wallet when they could instead cash out for actual money. Of course with such things come those looking to con others out of their goods and take advantage of them. Depending on what you are looking to get in the game there are many options to go through, and cheaper is relative based on what you're looking at. For unusual hats, a third party site may be cheaper, but also risky. For run of the mill strange items however, there's nothing wrong with using the market on steam to browse.
