btw check the mod page for the detective, it doesn't show if someone's killed this round. you inspect a body first, then you can examine people to see if they were the one that killed them, and if the examine button disappears then the killer has died. this persists between multiple rounds apparently. the reason it always shows up green is because you never marked a body, and therefore there is no killer and everyone appears innocent. edit: they have the rule on that lets them also see who killed last, so disregard the stuff about the examine button disappearing. I feel like if one lover wins the other should too, especially for neutral roles, but I also understand how two executioners going after the same person would be super strong
A simple solution to this is to have a setting that turns off certain roles for lovers, I think. It is pitiful that Lovers rarely win because of this. Also, does this version have impostors available to be in love with a crewmate? I remember that being the case for older modded Among Us videos, but I haven't seen that once in this version.

Yeah Sara told everyone that Jacob just drive-by killed Della but wasn't at first pushing the vote. Then once Jacob claimed sheriff she pushed very hard back and said he wasn't sheriff. That immediately gave away that she was sheriff and I don't know why anyone wouldn't shoot in that situation. Then that was instant win for imposters. Mayor doesn't overrule the imposter majority when it's the same amount of crew as imposters because Jacob lost as mayor earlier in the VOD when it got down to him 1v1 imposter. Maybe it was just that he was too unsure because vulpixie could have also guessed Sara as sheriff based on the evidence of that one meeting alone, but still.

I'm going to give my two cents on the Imposter game with Pixie. I understand that maybe hindsight is 20/20 and i know you got a little heated with chat for the aggressive back seating. (I do respect you apologizing after you had cooled down.) But yeah, you flubbed hard here. When you claimed Sheriff as Imposter and Saramoon immediately started pushing back as hard as she did I knew without a doubt she had to be sheriff. (And I know I'm not as good at the among us deduction game as you are. You are very good at reading your friends when they're imposter or town of us roles. (Some make it easier than other...Smith.) But if i was able to figure it out, then no doubt you were also certain she had to be sheriff. Unfortunately you made some mistakes. It happens to the best of us.) If you had guessed her role before Pixie got voted out you would have won because there would only be two left. But even then after Pixie was gone it didn't matter who you killed, if you had just killed Joe or Deezy then all you had to do was get to the next meeting, guess Sara and then you win. Your biggest mistake was not getting as far away from Sara as possible when you suspected/knew she was sheriff. That was the nail in the coffin so to speak. But we all have our off days and misplays. Hell maybe because it was Sunday and not Monday when you guys played you just weren't feeling it.

Side note I hate that they didn’t change the imposter majority rule. it would be dumb tho win that way, but it would have worked. The reason I can say this with certainty is be the Alpha lost to imposter majority this very stream when it was 1 imposter vs Alpha mayor.

Yeah Sara told everyone that Jacob just drive-by killed Della but wasn't at first pushing the vote. Then once Jacob claimed sheriff she pushed very hard back and said he wasn't sheriff. That immediately gave away that she was sheriff and I don't know why anyone wouldn't shoot in that situation. Then that was instant win for imposters. Mayor doesn't overrule the imposter majority when it's the same amount of crew as imposters because Jacob lost as mayor earlier in the VOD when it got down to him 1v1 imposter. Maybe it was just that he was too unsure because vulpixie could have also guessed Sara as sheriff based on the evidence of that one meeting alone, but still.

Yeah. Jacob flubbed hard in this game. (I guess he just wasn't feeling it. It happens.) It's just a game so there's really no need to get so heated, but chat was being pretty whiny, so I get why he snapped back in the moment. It's frustrating to make such an obvious mistake and have it shoved in your face. At least he apologized for snapping after he cooled down.

I am glad he acknowledged it, its not easy to make good decisions in the place where he was (plus i am pretty sure he said beforehand that he did not feel like playing impostor so very fair), and if people are screaming at you its understandable to not be so happy about it so i get him lmao
@@Serperiuus i mean he is easily the sweatiest player in his own lobby. i love watching his Among Us streams but he acts like he’s infallible half the time. the way he reacted was kinda wild. could have just gone "eh, i made a bad call and kinda threw there. oh well" but instead he just flies off the handle. for the most part these streams are super entertaining to watch. the only times they suck are when Jacob tries to meta game too hard for no apparent reason.

Ya know, I 've been watching these vods after the fact for the past 3 months, since I work when they normally happen. While I understand you're going to be out of town for a few weeks, but I still have yet to see the Modded Mongy Monday Jessie and James outfits with Jaiden. You said you would coordinate that on like the February 12 stream for next week, and then again the next week you said the same thing, and yet, it still hasn't happened yet. 😆
This was such a tough watch. You got so many bad/annoying games. I felt your pain.
I'm going to give my two cents on the Imposter game with Pixie. I understand that maybe hindsight is 20/20 and i know you got a little heated with chat for the aggressive back seating. (I do respect you apologizing after you had cooled down.) But yeah, you flubbed hard here. When you claimed Sheriff as Imposter and Saramoon immediately started pushing back as hard as she did I knew without a doubt she had to be sheriff. (And I know I'm not as good at the among us deduction game as you are. You are very good at reading your friends when they're imposter or town of us roles. (Some make it easier than other...Smith.) But if i was able to figure it out, then no doubt you were also certain she had to be sheriff. Unfortunately you made some mistakes. It happens to the best of us.) If you had guessed her role before Pixie got voted out you would have won because there would only be two left. But even then after Pixie was gone it didn't matter who you killed, if you had just killed Joe or Deezy then all you had to do was get to the next meeting, guess Sara and then you win. Your biggest mistake was not getting as far away from Sara as possible when you suspected/knew she was sheriff. That was the nail in the coffin so to speak.
But we all have our off days and misplays. Hell maybe because it was Sunday and not Monday when you guys played you just weren't feeling it.
When he claimed sheriff I actually thought he was testing Sara to see her reaction so he could have a clear shot, so yeah imagine my surprise when he didn't shoot.
(I've already commented on it but i can't stress this enough, i know jacob just made a genuine mistake and he also wasn't feeling it so really no shade on him)
