I'm surprised that you didn't convert to ball stud turnbuckles. I did almost the same thing on my slash but installed TLR ball studs and ball stud turnbuckles. 50mm for the camber front and rear (with the pro trac kit installed) and 70mm for the steering arm.

hello i am new to rc and i have a new 2wd slash ford raptor and i would like to ask you about your steering, camber, and toe links. are they from proline and what size are each link, because the parts book says 59mm and on prolines site they are 50mm i would like to upgrade all the links on my truck and i just need a little help to get the right ones. I know i have to buy rod ends and will probably get the rpm ones but i am not sure, do i get the long or the short. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Razor RC! The metal on metal IS NOT A DESIGN FLAW! There are little tubes that are supplied with the shock parts that came with the car that fit into the shock cap. Then you put a long screw through it to secure the shock. That way its plastic on metal!

Razor RC no, they didnt come with the shock caps. I guess they threw them in with the truck for the exact reason you were talking about
