    would you say regarding the last exampla that the reviser and the editor could also work on a daily basis to be checking parts of the progress instead of a more hectic workload of having to check the whole thing in a go ? or it doesnt work like that?

      The bigger the project, the more the revision-review process overlaps with the translation process. This makes even more sense when the revision-review updates the TMs and glossaries.

    Hello. I'm a translator who wants to better organize herself and that's why I'm here. I don't need a PM but you wouldn't have a job if it wasn't because of translators or other professionals. That being said, I guess it's quite rude from you to say "that's the boring bit" and "translators only make 30% depending on the job" when it's because of us that you have a job. So, please, value those professionals and their jobs.

      Hi, Irene. I don't think professor Pym doesn't value translators, being a translator himself. You can easily check his wikipedia page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Pym and you'll see he has devoted his life to translation.
